Dear Parth,
I am not one of your teenage fans. I am truly a Manan fan. In my real life, I m an HR professional who is a Corporate Trainer.
I was introduced to ky2 by a friend of mine when ur show was at episode 135. I tried watching it for fun and ended up watching all 135 in 2 weekends. My husband thought I lost my mind. I was so impressed by your acting. U r an amazing actor.
But now, after all this offscreen drama, maybe its time for you to do an introspection. Anyone in this forum who is in HR will agree that even if u r excellent in your job, if your interpersonal skills fail, your career will be jeopardized.
You are young and seem very ambitious and have a long way to go. I wd really like to see someone with ur talent to succeed.
I don't know abt ur other shows. At the end of ky2, look where u r. You seem to have had issues with everyone connected to the show. The producer, female lead, production team, creative, ur other co stars. That's not a good sign. In your time of trouble, none of these ppl seem to be on ur side
The only ppl who support u are the fans who never got to work with u.
May be its time to look into itself. Maybe the problem is with you and not others. Having a good rapport with people working with is absolutely imp in every profession and more in show biz.
I honestly want to see your work again. So please do an introspection and see how u can be a better person. Please don't end up like countless artists who spoiled their lives due to attitude problems.
All the very best for your future success.
- a sincere admirer of your work.

Nice. And great advice , I really hope not just Parth but the entire KY2 cast , creatives (S2),Production House and most importantly , Mtv needs to heed it.
They all made a joke of this work, misusing positions, channel sabotaging it's own product ( 2 channel heads getting replaced within an year even though only 1 fictional show).

Cast- All of them made weekends memorable by off-screen friendships, fights..sns meltdowns . Throwing slangs, tantrums at each other on fans etc. Also for giving up on their job at times and getting swayed by externals. Snitching on each other on sns. Calling fans sick words. BAD ACTING - you know who you are.

But most importantly, Cast- REMEMBER THE GUY WHO TAPES YOU WITHOUT INFORMING IS THE BAD GUY. You, go to jail.

Fandom- Love your self.

So,Parth and his Ky2 team- heed the advice here and be professional.

Or Learn from Richa Y.

Yup...this advice needs to go out to all. Although I would say that since the last couple of months there has been a change in Parth...seems as if he is working on himself...he needs to continue with it. More than anything choose better people to hang around with and confide in. To be honest I think both Parth and Niti have the worse set of friends, especially here in Mumbai!!

Yes I agree, we always use to say Parth needs good PR skills, he wasn't very articule before, but if I may say, he has improved tremedulously. Perhaps he is already ironing out the BAD COMPANY as we speak and of course, thanking his fans implicitly.

To the respected TM, yes it is very good advice and one I am sure Parth is working towards in a fantastic manner, as you can see, he has already thanked his said mentor online and stated he issued notice purely on professional grounds. As for just relaying on fans, well, I do believe fans are your greatest assets in this industry, and he is doing quite well in preserving them, as these assets will go and watch his shows/movies/tv serials etc and generate trps from these fans who will become audience and help promote shows, which in trun will bring in revenue and sponsors will have confidence to invest. I am sure, the HR department will considered these options whilst the candidate is seeking employment.

I m glad to see unbiased ppl with the same opinion.
Honestly it is so sad to see good talent being wasted.
Hope these ppl will remove their tinted glasses and see what is really out there.

Hope Parth would read this post... He is an extremely talented actor and we would be at loss as well as Parth if his career ends for such petty reasons.
But i agree that not only Parth but the others involved in the show also need to follow these advice but at the moment my concern is Parth cuz he is the one that is in danger of losing all he has earned by his hard work.

Hi Sue, I know u r his fangirl. Where have I mentioned that only he is at fault. He is the one who needs help now from everyone, including himself.
I m biased and only talking abt him because I admire his talent. Please don't try to find "anti Parth" in every opinion. Maybe that's the biggest mistake on his fans' part. As an artist, you as his fan shd help him grow by providing constructive criticism as well. In the long run, he will be known for his work.
I m really not interested in indulging in useless fan wars
Hope u understand

He is unprofessional to the core.
He used to take holidays so frequently compared to his other colleagues and he was given special attention because he was close to vikas during season 1.

Whenever he feels attention deprived he will start on his usual im leaving drama to see fans crying for him and praising him.

He is always known to come late on sets and make his costars and production people wait for hours. even before there was news about how niti and him fought because he always comes late, even she said it in another interview of hers

People seem to have forgotten everything he did during season 1 and paint him as a saint when he is not. He needs to change if he want to continue going to work in the industry.

Parting note- In my work, it is the "work" that be one of the biggest aspects to being professionals.
What happened in S1 or S2 in their private lives or behind the scenes cease to influence if the product and work churned out be good.

If you drop the ball at your job for whatever issues and it influences the product and the crew..you have effed up. I see ALL of them dropping it all across various points.

Rest who cares..

Except that one good Manager who covered their flaws for long.
