But do you really think that vikas is an idiot/stupid who will go on record and show fake papers? I personally don't think that he would.

And about the summon. Only a judge can send a summon whereas lawyers issues legal notice. And as far as the format of the paper vg showed is concerned it is of pdf format. It was sent to him via mail. And e-legal notices can be sent. You can google it. I read somthing about them too and as far as I remember it said that they ain't safe to be sent because they can be edited.

Not saying that VG have edited those but he can.

And you seem to support parth but tbh I don't support anyone. In these type of matters there are ppl who support both the parties and stay loyal to them even if they are wrong.

It is game with an unprecedented end.

May the truth wins and please don't be blinded and neglect the facts.

I don't know who's right and no I am not taking vg's side. He appears ro be as cruel as a devil who is out for revenge.
Somehow now I would not like to talk about vikku fiasco. Because I have posted five f**king long posts about this today itself. Imagine that! I am one of those who keep away from such discussions but see I posted.
Obviously vikki played well. He is a pro.
He tweeted about that audio thing because he very well know how many fans niti has and who can turn parth's qirld upside down.
But you have to agree minus the timing if the recorsing is really there then he should apologise. Because vikku on record used thw same cuss word.
Parth has screwed himself beyond anybody's imagination. Working in an industry where contacts play a major role the boy has got some guts to go the legal way.
That's about it.

I hv one more doubt. his name is printed on the so called notice is " Part Samthaan @Laghate ? lyk seriously?

forget the spelling error for a moment. is Parth's official surname is Samthaan ? i mean, i heard somewhere that his official name is not Samthaan. he has taken it only in the industry na?

on a legal paper, a person's official name needs to be entered right? official name is the name appears on your school and college, bank and passport doccuments in short on all legal docs right?

please clear my doubt!
