From day one when I saw the legal document I am having the doubt it will be fine if someone clear the doubt about this signature..

The kind of language, his expressions makes VG a very convincing person. He has been in the industry and knows to handle such issues and he is more confident than Parth who fears that his future may get affected by his legal notice...that is why he is now speaking of positivity and all and is looking reluctant. I feel VG is playing a game. 😕

Okay you won't believe what I did rn just to find an appropriate answer to your post. I f**king googled 'Is signature mandatory in a legal notice' and google baba told me *Party's signature is not necessary in lawyer notice; however, in order to show the determination of the client, if the party's signature also affixed, it gets more gravity. Even though party's signature is not necessary on lawyer notice sent to opposite party, it is better to get a signature of the party on its copy retained with the lawyer.*

Secondly all Summons are Notices while all Notices are not Summons*

So basically Vikas was asked to attend the court nomatter what if a summon was issued against him. I am not going into the depths of it. Because I an eighteen year old and not a f**king lawyer. xD

But since you especially pm-ed me I thought I should reply.

And about PS's remuneration being due.As far as I know these days actors are bound by contracts and if PS left the show in the middle, he effing violated the contract by doing only 10 episodes out of the promised 50. So basically VG/production house may have been miffed with his behaviour/professionalism and may have decided not to pay him a penny. Anything can happen. I can be wrong.

But as far as I have followed the whole fiasco and after having seen PS and VG's ivs there is a major difference between the two and ie VG seems more upfront and hell bent to bring out the truth. Whsdeas PS seems to have mellowed down and probably lack confidence. Bottom line is he did not see this coming. He is a new comer cof God's sake and VG has been here for a decade or so he says. VG has played with his mind and I think PS has pdobably lost his' while spreading happiness and positivity. He himself designed a bait for someone else and got trapped.

VG looks like a betrayed and back stabbed lover who is out for revenge with all his might. He can go to any extent to take out a public apology from PS.

Him being out and publicly telling the cuss word PS used for his coactor while he was himself recording the conversation tells about how big hypocrate he himself is.

He ofcourse used the conversation to demean PS. Bhyii agar itni hi respect hai apke dill me about women then where was it when he said the same months ago? Why resurface it later and at a point where anything can be used against/for both of them.

But f**k if PS did say that then boy he must come out and apologise for sure.

Payment of dues. Generally contracts of payment cover every aspect. A contract of employment states hourly wages, bonuses and condition as as well as consequences or termination and breach of contract. Which means that. that contract will say what will happen if you don't complete the contractual terms. So for example if u signed for 1 year but worked only half, if that has effects in terms of payment, maybe you only get a certain amount of money up to 6 months and after six months you get an additional bonus. But there is no way you can not be paid for work done. That is called slavery. That is also illegal.

Maybe they are in disagreement about how long he worked, or why he left. Why he left can also affect the payment, because in all contracts there are different payment conditions if you quit/are fired or don't give notice or you talk about certain terms of employment etc. Perhaps that is why they both think they are in the right. Because this is about why/when/how Parth left PTKK and what the contract says about leaving in that way and that time and payment. But if that is it, this is a very simple case... a judge can decide very quickly, no need for too many arguments.

I hope that clarifies things a little, sorry if i rambled... anyway things should hopefully wrap up soon, this all is just getting a bit too much. It has been entertaining, horrifying, interesting and comedic at times but now maybe it's time for the issue to finally move from the court of public opinion to the court of justice.
