One question, Are younlike trying to covince me that parth has been trapped? Beacuse honestly don't. I am unbiased. I would like to sse the whole thing without taking anybody's side.

But do you really think that vikas is an idiot/stupid who will go on record and show fake papers? I personally don't think that he would.
And about the summon. Only a judge can send a summon whereas lawyers issues legal notice. And as far as the format of the paper vg showed is concerned it is of pdf format. It was sent to him via mail. And e-legal notices can be sent. You can google it. I read somthing about them too and as far as I remember it said that they ain't safe to be sent because they can be edited.
Not saying that VG have edited those but he can.
And you seem to support parth but tbh I don't support anyone. In these type of matters there are ppl who support both the parties and stay loyal to them even if they are wrong.
It is game with an unprecedented end.

your P.O.V is quite correct but...a legal notice on a a4 size normal paper don't they use bond paper for that and legal notices have stamps there weren't any and about VG showing the legal notice so brazenly well he records his friends conversations one creepy friend that VG is and any questions asked to parth are about the payment dues none of the reporters have asked him about the molestation and other 12 allegations and that legal notice at all...all in all parth needs to not avoid questions and has to answer them in a proper way and straight answers not ghuma phirake...Vg is speaking openly so parth also needs to do the same for all of us to know his part of the story...VG is now like parth qwes me an apology and he did not use any vile words but before on sns he bashed and thrashed PS like anything why the sudden change in front of the camera...i do not know whose right or whose wrong cuz i do not know them personally...if VG is right then parth needs to suck it up and apologize...my only problem with VG here is bringing all this in front of the media and leaking the legal notice (authentic or non authentic don't know)...if VG had proof of his innocence then fight the damn battle in court why does he want to make it public and gain sympathy...
