CHAPTER - 3 ONE SECRET UNFOLDED
Nandini : I am ready to marry you
Manik : I am ready to marry you
And again awkward silence prevailed all around.
After sometime they again spoke together
Nandini : again
Manik : again
After this both looked at each other and both turn out laughing hard out of excitement. Both were thinking how without saying anything to anyone their secret is going to be safe and they would be living with each other that is with their love.
Yes love, this was their secret which they were keeping from everyone from past 1 and half years.
Flashback 1.5 year back
Today was Nandini birthday
Manik has made a surprise plan for nandini. And he told her to get ready for her birthday surprise. At evening he took her to marine drive where he had booked a private ship for them so that he can surprise as he wants. He specially took care of everything and specially of one thing that there should be no alcohol but only this one thing went wrong. Nandini seeing the arrangements was super excited. They enjoyed to the fullest. After enjoying and dancing like maniacs they were finally tired and hungry as hell. So without wasting any further moments they ordered dinner with mock tails but the waiter mixed it with cocktail and their drinks got exchanged. After having drinks they both got drunk and confessed their love to each other. And kissed each other. Then and there they also decided to get married to each other. From their they went to nearby temple and got married to each other on nandini birthday itself. After that they went to Manik's farmhouse which was only at distance of 5-10 minutes from the temple. And their they slept cuddling each other.
Next morning Manik woke up first to find him cuddling Nandini. He sat up with a jerk with this sudden pull Nandini also stirred and woke up. They both were bad headache and due to which they have their eyes closed and heads in their hands. When Nandini opened her eyes she noticed herself in the mirror. Her hairline was filled with vermilion and in her neck their was a garland and nuptial chain. And same was noticed by Manik too. Then they remembered last night incidents. And got another biggest shock of their lives. Nandini wasn't able to make an eye contact with Manik. So to avoid it she ran to washroom closed its door with the bang. And Manik who was still in shock came out of it with the bang of the door. He went to kitchen and made too cups of black coffee. Drank one quickly and straight away went to his home. Nandini after something came out of washroom and saw Manik wasn't there. So she checked every where to find him but he wasn't there.
After that she went to dinning table and the cup of black coffee with a note, " Nandini I don't how to face you so I had decided that lets stay away from each other for a week and think about all the incident which happened yesterday and take a decision and after a week after clearing our minds let's decide what we should do. And also nandini one more thing we both know that the confession we made yesterday was true, so please just think wisely for it too. After reading the note she went outside the driver and went too her home.
As decided they didn't meet each other for one week and after one week they decided they will GO SLOW. They decided they will remain best friends till they both feel its correct time to take their relationship to next level that was husband and wife but being best friend they didn't forget their love feelings in fact they now cherish it while keeping it secret. They now when they have with everyone behave as best friend like before. But when alone like girlfriend and boyfriend. But manik when in front of everyone else now sit extra close to her, some time keeping her head on her shoulder or keep their hands locked. So like this only they were till now. Now they more of lovers and less of best friend but yes their secret was a secret till now.
Present
They both were sitting together with their hands locked cherishing their this one and half year of new relationship. So till now they were going slow but now wanted to take this relationship of theirs to next level.
This was the only reason of Nandini's nervousness and tension as in any condition she didn't want to loose him her bff, her bf and her secret husband.
But Manik who was happy because he got to know what have his parents decided. Initially was Manik wax also shocked like this because now he can't even imagine his life without Nandini. So he decided to tell everything to his parents. But when he was going to talk with them he listened everything and concluded he is going to marry his Nandu again. And also decided to let go things how they are going and was eagerly waiting for seeing Nandini's reaction on it. But due to excitement he called her to tell everything but she wasn't picking his calls.
Now both were happy and really were very excited to marry each other in full senses not like before. That's they both were eagerly waiting to marry each other again.
