Nandini and tisha were playing in the room and enjoying a lot. Suddenly nandini's phone rang and she picked it her phone. Tisha hopped in her lap and nandini picked up her phone and said "haan..manik kaise hai aap?" tisha's eyes twinkled when she heard his pappu's name.

"I am fine bas abhi free hua abhi abhi hotel mein pahoncha hoon to socha ke mein apni lifelines se baat kr loon" manik said smilingly and tisha take from her hand.

"pappuuu...kaise hai aap?" tisha said in happy tone and manan smiled.

"absolutely fine... mera baby kaisa hai? Aap mumma ko trouble to nhi kr rhe na jaan?" manik asked very lovingly.

"no..pappu...I am a good girl of my mumma main to silf aap ko hi tlouble klti hoon meli mumma ko nhi" tisha said and showed her tongue and nandini kissed on her cheek.

"a6a to papaa se shaitani krti hai meri jaan aisi baat hai" manik said and tisha laughed out loud.

a servant came and said "madam dinner ready hai" and nandini nodded. Tisha was talking to manik and then she gave phone to nandini.

"mamma main thodi der caltoon dekhu plzz" tisha said in pleading plus with her cute pout.

"thik hai aap dekho main abhi aati hoon niche but be careful dheere se chalna" nandini shout from her room but tisha was gone already.

"so missing me??" manik asked in his husky tone and nandini blushed.

"manik stop it.." nandini said in her shy tone.

"arre..abhi main start hi kahan hua jo stop karun...tumhe sab compensate karna hoga baby jab mein aaunga dekh lena tab tum muje stop nhi kr paogi I will punish you hard and when I say hard means literally hard..." manik said in his passionate tone.

"fine..aaj tak aap ko kbhi roka hai to ab rokungi" nandini also said in her loving tone.

After some chitchat nandini cut the phone and she was about to get down from bed but suddenly she felt dizziness and she held her head and said "pata nhi kya ho raha hai 2 din se manik ko abhi nhi batati agar abhi bataya to wo bahot pareshaan ho jayenge" she get down from bed and went down.

Tisha was sitting in her lap and nandini was feeding her. "Mamma main aapko khilau" tisha said and forward a spoon to nandini.

Suddenly nandini felt nauseous, she made her sit tisha on the chair and ran to washroom. Tisha was so worried for her so she also get down from chair went behind her.

Nandini was puking and tisha was standing beside her and rubbing her palms. Nandini saw her worried face and she washed her face and took tisha in her arms and went to dining table.

"aap ko kya hua tha mumma" tisha said in her concern tone.

"nothing mera baccha just k kbhi kbhi na aisa ho jata hai aap apna dinner finish kro ok" nandini said and made her eat her pasta.

Tisha was doing her homework and nandini was feeling so dizzy but she kept mum because of tisha, she doesn't want to scare her.

But nandini fell on the bed with thud because of dizziness and tisha saw this. She patted her cheeks and said "mamma pls kya hua aapko pls wake up.." but nandini was not opening her eyes.

"kya kalu haan...meera di ko bulati hoon" tisha get down from bed and ran down to call her meera di.

Meera came and saw that nandini was unconsciously sleeping on the bed. meera take some water in her hand and sprinkle to her face and nandini slowly opened her eyes.

Nandini saw that tisha was crying silently and nadini said "come here my baby" tisha ran to her and hopped in her arms and tisha cupped her face with her tiny hands and kissed on her cheek, meera smiled on mother and daughter's cute lovey dovey scene.

"mera baccha darr gya tha?" nandini asked lovingly and tisha nodded and rested her head on her heart. Nandini wiped her tears and said "I am fine baby your mumma is absutely fine ab come on give me your cute smile" and she started tickling her and tisha laughed oout loud.

"meera di aap manik ya mom ko ku6 mat batana warna wo bekar mein pareshaan ho kar apne sare kaam 6od kr aa jayege" nandini said and merra nodded and went down.

Tisha was thinking something and then her eyes twinkle and she get down from her lap and nandini said "baby kahan jaa rahe ho come aap ko sona hai ab warna papa ko pata chala na he will scold us"

"I am coming in 5 minutesh plzzz" and she opened the door and went down.

Nandini was sitting on the bed and rested her head on the headboard. Tisha opened the door and nandini looked at her and smiled on her daughter's caring and loving nature.

Meera was holding her dinner and tisha was holding glass of milk. Meera put the dish on table and went out.

"mamma aaj main aapko dinnel kalwati hoon" tisha said and gave spoonful rice to nandini. Both was enjoying a lot but something is disturbing nandini.

"mamma kahan kho gayi aap ye lijiye abhi milk ki bali" tisha gave a glass of milk to her.

"baby mujse ye nhi piya jayega pls I am full" nandini said in pleading tone.

"hawww...mamma aap hi bolti hai na milk is good fol health and ab aap hi bhul gyi" tisha said and forcefully made her drink her milk.

In mid night tisha was sleeping peacefully in her arms but nandini was awake.

"kya ho rha hai? As a doctor I know I know ye kya symptoms hai but aise kaise ho skta hai. Yes I missed my periods ye do teen din se dizziness, nauseous ye sab khana dekh kr puking krna.. am I pregnant?" nandini said and untangled herself and went to washroom.

She opened her drawer and took out her pregnancy kit and check it.

Nandini was crying because of happiness and placed her hand on her tummy and caressed it.

"Thank you doctor, but pls aap manik ko abhi ku6 mat batana wo main unhe surprise dena chahti hoon, wo bahot khush ho jayenge" nandini said and soniya nodded in assurance.

Nandini came to her room and standing in front of mirror and caressing her tummy "m..my..ba..baby..." she picked up photo frame of tisha and manik and said "aap dono ko jab mein ye baat bataungi to aap log kitne khush ho jayege..pata hai baby aap ki ek elder sister hai bahot hi zyada cute hai aur apke papa wo to aapko bahot pyar karenge aur aapki dadi to aapko palko pe bithe ke rakhegi pls bas papa aur tisha aur dadi jaldi se aa jaye mein sab ko ye good news doongi ki aap aane wale hai"

"tisha didi aapko bahot hi zyada pyar karegi aapko pata hai she is my first child, she completes me and aap aaoge to you will complete our life" nandini said in emotional tone and thanked her aiyappa so many times.

nandini and tisha were watching her favorite cartoon movie, when they heard car's honk. Both understand that manik came and tisha ran down. Nandini was breathing heavily and thinking how to share news of pregnancy. Nandini also went down and saw that tisha was blabbering about her two days and manik was listening her very carefully. Nandini sat beside him and manik gave a very sweet smile to her. After some chit chat manik went to his room to get fresh, at the same time Nyonika also came and nandini and tisha greet her.

Manik came down and saw that Nyonika also came, manik kissed on her forehead and tisha was eating her food with so many tantrums and manik and Nyonika smiled.

"uff tishu baby pls eat this na its healthy" nandini try to made her eat last bite but she turned her face away.

Nandini served food to manik and then they enjoyed their dinner. Nyonika was little bit worried and manik saw her.

He thought that tisha was also present there so he will talk later to her.

After dinner nandini went to her room and saw that tisha was reading her poem. Nandini sat beside her and said "mera baby study kr rha hai" tisha nodded and nandini was teaching her.

Nandini made coffee and went to study room she was about to open the door but his words froze her at her place.

"aur agar nandini pregnant ho gyi to?" Nyonika asked her last question and nandini was very shocked and she want to hear what her husband wants.

In the morning nandini woke up and after getting fresh she went down and starts her regular works. Nandini was avoiding manik because she knows that if manik will ask her something than she won't be able to stop her.

Manik was waiting for nandini in the room but when she didn't come he gets down from bed and after getting ready he also went down.

Nandini was feeding breakfast to tisha and Nyonika was also present there. Nyonika was very angry with manik after yesterday's conversation.

Manik greeted everyone and nandini went to kitchen for his breakfast and Nyonika ignored him but tisha lovingly kissed his cheek and said "gul molning pappu" manik smiled and start reading his newspaper.

Nandini gave him his breakfast and said "come baby aap ko late ho raha hai" after lots of tantrums finally tisha went to her school and Nyonika also went to her office.

"nandini ko kya hua hai? I have to ask her" manik said and went upwards to his room.

He saw that nandini was fixing their bed and manik came and back hugged her and nuzzled his face in her neck, nandini was standing there without responding or protesting.

Before manik can ask her something his phone rang and he had to rush to hospital because of emergency.

The whole day nandini was thinking about how to tell manik? if she will tell manik what will be his decision? What if agar manik.." she held her forehead because her head was blasting.

In the noon tisha and Nyonika were sitting on the dining table and nandini was serving food. Tisha was observing her because she was looking so pale; she was not smiling like as always.

Nandini was about to pour water in the glass when suddenly she felt so dizziness before anyone can register anything she fell on the floor.

"mamma" tisha shout nad both ran to her, Nyonika sprinkled water on her face but she didn't wake up and with the help of servants Nyonika take her to her room and meera call manik.

"dadi mom kal bhi aise gil gyi thi" tisha said to Nyonika and she scold meera "nandini aur tisha ne nhi bataya tum to bata skti thi na muje"

"wo nandini madam aap ko trouble nhi krna chahti thi is liye" meera said in scared tone.

In the mean time manik also came and directly went to his room tisha was sitting beside nandini and holding her hand.

"pappu..mamma thik ho jayegi na" tisha said cryingly.

"haan baby ku6 nhi hoga let me check" mnaik said and start to checking her pulse her heartbeats.. manik understand the situation and looked at Nyonika worriedly.

"meera tisha ko lekar niche jao" manik said but tisha didn't left her hand.

"tishu you are my good girl na mamma is sleeping pls sone do unhe" manik said lovingly and he gave injection to nandini.

"kya hua manik nandini ko?" Nyonika asked hurriedly when tisha went outside.

Manik palmed his face and said "nandini is pregnant"

"What?" Nyonika was very shocked.

" yes aur shayad ye baat nandini janti thi aur usne hamari baatein sun lit hi shayad that's why wo muje morning se ignore kr rhi thi" manik was trying to connecting the dots.

"dekha tumne kya halat kr di tumne nandini ki" Nyonika said angrily and patted her hair.

After some time nandini opened her eyes slowly and saw that manik was sitting beside her with closed eyes.

"man...manik..pan..pani" nandini said because she has no energy left to take water herself, manik opened her eyes and made her sat down with pillows at her back. Manik made her drink water and she notice that he was avoiding her gaze.

Manik was about to go but nandini held his hand and said "koi galti hui hai mujse"

"bataya kyun nhi muje" mnaik said without any expressions.

"because I was scared k aap kya kahege.." nandini said and a lone tear escaped from her eye. Manik wiped it lovingly and kissed on her forehead.

"man..manik aap ne k..kya socha?" nandini was stammering.

"you have to abort our child" manik said and nandini looked at him very shockingly.
