They have been through so much in these 4 months so she should give priority to herself and Manik now and not do anything to increase Maniks insecurities.

If Arya is a gud friend he would understand.At by giving Aryaman more importance she is not only increding Maniks insecurities but also encouraging Arya.

I mean if the love of my life just returned from the dead after 4 months I won't have a sec to think about anyone else for a least few days..
