Manik reached the venue directly ..without even changing his clothes ...he entered inside carrying the same charm ...and in the manik manhotras aura ...

He saw his friends waiting for him ...cabir was literally shooting draggers on him ..while mukti was talking with alya and dhruv passed him a smile ...alya was looking quite sad ..but again he didn't noticed it ...

He made his way to them ..greeting some guests in the middle ..." hello guyz .." manik said plainly as nothing happened ..." you are again on time manik .." mukti mocked him ...but aliya stopped her and said " its ok mukti .." .." aree mukti !! wo I was stucked ..." manik said proving him innocent and mukti gave him a disgusted look ...

manik bit his lower lip and pissing his teeths left for a drink ...

" sale !!! thoda pehle aa jata tou kuch ho jata ?" cabir asked little angrily sitting beside manik ..patting his shoulder..

" yarr !!! bro I left on time and I just got stucked in the traffic ..and fir woh!!" manik said irritatedly but then he remembered that girl and a smile crept on his lips ...

Cabir got confused seeing him smiling and waved his hands in front of him ...but no reaction ...

" manik " he shouted and manik came out that girls thoughts...

"Ha...nn han ..bol " manik said coming out of the trance ..

" kya bol ?? tu bol ...whats happening dude ?" cabir asked manik suspiciously ...

And ofcourse this was a matter of suspence ..

That manik manhotra is smiling ..that too without any reason ...lyk seriously ?? oh common something is definitely fishy ...

" what happening ?? kuch ni ..nothing hapeening ..." manik said avoiding any eye contact with cabir ..

" ohk !! impressive ...now tou definitely something is happening ...anyways ..but if you r saying nothing is happening so mein man leta hn ...but only u coz you are saying " cabir said but gve him a i-have-eyes-on-you look ...

Manik sighed in dismay ..

" bro ..whats up with the engagement ??" manik said taking a sip of fine and ofcourse changing the topic ...

" han !! bas in few minutes ...you will be engaged " cabir said and winked at him ..

And manik nodded ..

" vaise manik ...what do you feel .." cabir said in a serious tone ..

" about what ?" manik asked still not getting him ..

"about you and alya ..?"cabir said putting his drink aside ...

Manik sighed and too put his drink aside and turned towards cabir .." dude !! I don't know ..mtlb the problem ..i don't feel anything ..its just that its happening ...alya and I ..you know very good friends ..aliya says she loves me ...so I just don't to make her feel sad..you know ..i just agreed ...but cabir I seriously don't know mein kya karun ...you know I don't love her ...but maybe I will one day ...so yah ..i think it's a right decision ..." Mnaik completely ..he was telling everything to himself more rather than cabir ...

He was confused !!

Cabir smiled and patted his shoulder ..and got up to leave ...

Aree kuch tou bol .." manik asked him ..

But cabir just left a completely confused and baffled manik and actioned him like zipping up his mouth ...

" shitt!!!... Its all wrong ..manik and alya I knew from before ..its not gonna work ...manik is in a deep shit ...he don't love alya ...what love ?..he tou don't even feel for alya more than a friend ...and alya knew it very well ...but still she is not ready to exept ..."Cabir murmured to himself..and sighed in dismay ..

Finally after some time manik and alya exchanged the rings ...they both hugged each other ...and danced together ...

After that all of them clicked lots of pictures ...

And they called off the party ...and dispersed to their respective homes ..

Manik reached his home fully exhausted ...and just collapsed on his bed ..

He thought about cabir words and his feelings for alya ...

And again what he got was just disappointment and confusion ...

He cares for his friends ..thats why he agreed for marriage ...

Alya ..she is his friend ..and now his would be life partner ...

Suddenly manik rembered about that same girl and again that smile captured his lips ...

Her images started flashing in his mind ..

Her long hairs ..her pouty lips ..her most expressive eyes ...her chubby cheeks ...her way of talking ...the way she was arguing with the traffic police ...

Huh !!! manik ruffled his hairs and smiled to his own ...

The manik manhotra who didn't even knew what is love ...had actually fallen in love with a girl on the first sight he saw her ..and on the day of his own engagement ...

Next morning manik got up and ready for his office ...

He moved downstairs and saw alya waiting for him ...

Alya wished him good morning and hugged him ...

" manik ..i need to talk .." alya said .." hmm !! bolo ??" manik asked casually ...

" manik ..its just fifteen days for our marriage ..and the way you are behaving ...i mean ..you are working for the whole day ..infact you even came on your own engagement at last " aliya said and by now she was in tears ...

" manik ..i know ..you said you need time ..but atleast ..you can try .." aliya comleted and wiped her tears ...

" aliya stop crying first ...aliya I am trying ...and yesterday .it was just that I got stucked in traffic ..believe me ...and ok if you feel ...from tomorrow I m not gonna go to office ...till our marriage ..and we will spend time together ..." Manik said with a smile and patted her shoulder ..he then side hugged alya ..." now I am going to office ..will catch you in the evening ..." He completeled and alya too smiled ...

Manik left to his room for taking his laptop ...

And alya came out ...she came and saw dhruv standing there ...she knew dhruv listened everything ...dhruv turned his face woh !! mein ..wo ..mein ...manik .." dhruv was having difficult in finding words ..

Alya didn't said anything and just hogged him ...dhruv was taken abackj but after sometime he too hugged her back ...

After sometime they broke the hug ...and were little embarrassed .." who !! dhruv ..mein wo .." but dhruv cut her off and said .." its ok ..alya ..give him sometime .."

Alya smiled on this ...and dhruv too smiled seeing her smiling ...

" lift ??" dhruv asked her in a filmy style ..

" dhruvv !! chalo " she said and they left ...

Manik came downstairs and too left for his office ...

He reached his office and completed his whole work for week ...he informed his pa ..that hye wont be able to come...for the next two weeks ...

He told him to cancel his meetings ...

Whole day passed away just like that ...

Finally after such a hectic day ..manik saw the time and it was six of the evening ..but stil he was hell tired ...

He took his belongings and left from there ...

He came downstairs and sat in the car ..and asked the driver to take him home ...

Manik was hell tired ...his eyes were sleepy but his eyes almost bulged out of their sockets when he again saw the same girl ...in a ice parlour ..licking her ice cream ...and laughing heartily ..

He asked the driver to stop the care ...and adored her ...

The way she was eating the ice cream ...licking her fingers ...some icecream was their on her nose tip ...

And the way she was putting her strands again and again behind her ear ...

The way she was frowning when her hairs were falling back on her face bari bari ...

Her cute pout ...her rosy lips ..manik just wanted to peck her pout ...

Manik was smiling like a sick lover adoring her ...

His driver was aalso confused seeing his totally arrogant boss ..smiling like a fool ...

Manik took his phone and clicked her picture...

After clicking it he grinned like a two year old kid ...he smiled to his own ..and ruffled his hairs ..

His trance was broken as the driver spoke " kya hua baba ?? "

And finally manik came out of his lala land ...and composing himself said " kuch ni ..chaliye app ..."

Manik reached his home all happy and entered inside ...and saw his all friends waiting for him in the hall ...

For the first time in life he was not happy to see his friends ...

It was just that ..he just wanted to lie on his bed peacefully adoring her picture ..

He smiled sleepishly ...and sat on the sofa beside cabir who was busy in stuffing his mouth ...

" whats up guyz ?? everyone here ??" manik asked little irritatedly and took coffee from the table ..

" who manik ...alya ..i mean we were discussing about the arrangements ..and you just few just days are left for your marriage ..so we have appointed a wedding planner ..you know that will be easy ..

So she will be here any moment ..." Mukti informed manik ..

Manik just nodded his head ..in this not so intresting information for him ...

" and see ..she is here .." alya shouted excitedly ..

He took a sip of his coffee and and looked at the door direction and what he saw made him him shocked he just splitted the coffe out from his mouth ...and after placing the cup back ..rubbed his eyes ...

Confirming that is it real ??

Phew !!!! sorrryyy sorry ... sorry ..very very sorry for being late ...but guyz see na ..three ffs ..brutal love then lafz then najdikiyan ..you know quite tough ...to handle together ... I m a student ...padai bi karni hoti ...

One chapter took more than three hours ..and sending you pms took lots of time ...
