LOVE STORY THAT HELD A PROMISE OF HUMESHA...

Promise is seven letter word...but it is a guarantee. It is where how strong your bond is, does the other person mean anything to you and whether does the other person trust you involves...Promises can break but broken promises can tell the person of how much the person thought about you and how much he cared for you...

The story starts in a city called Delhi...The capital of India...A place that always held rush traffic and a massive population...

A girl was sleeping peacefully on her bed dreaming about her prince charming going on date with her...she was in a very deep slumber that she didn't noticed that someone has entered her bedroom with a slight smirk on his face...he tip toed to the bathroom and after few minutes came with a bucket and in a nanosecond the bucket was emptied on the poor girl who was now fully awaken drenched in cold water...she looked around to gain her senses and then her eyes fell on the boy that held a bucket...after staring at him for few seconds she understood what had just happened and in no time they were running around the whole mansion...The girl behind the boy and the guy running ahead...she was continously cursing him and he laughed on her act...this was the daily routine of murty's mansion...they were none other than nandini murty and manik malhotra...Both the notorious ones and getting on each others nerves but they loved each other immensely but as a friend...they cared and stick up for each other but never ever crossed the limits...they were two bodies but one soul...too similar to each other that people used to think they are non-identical twins...

Days were passing by with manik and nandini playing pranks and teasing each other...but for fun not to hurt each other...they knew each other since childhood...since the day they were born...malhotra's and murty's were closely related...During the time period they had developed feelings for each other but were unaware...

Now manan were 14, and they realised their feeling for each other and decided to confess as soon as possible...manik thought to plan something for Nandini to make it the best day of her life...same was with nandini but she was scared that will manik reciprocate to her feelings...so she decided to hide it...manik planned the evening on the beach house that manan owned...it was a gift given by their parents as a collaboration...manik and nandini shared everything so they always used to get things sometimes from malhotra's and sometimes from murty's...it was the time for the confession, manik called nandini in the morning telling her to meet him in the beach house in evening 6pm...nandini without a second thought agreed...nandini started getting ready at 4pm and soon was ready in a red gown that had netted shoulder part and sleeves...it was sent by manik...she had light makeup on and had white pearl studs a white pearl necklace a ring that had a pearl on top with a pearl bracelet...she wore her red high heels...she looked stunning and sexy yet simple and elegant...

Nandini reached the place at 6pm sharp...she was very punctual...she went in the beach house and saw it was dark...she called manik and after the third call manik appeared and the lights automatically came on...he was wearing a black suit with black shoes...his hair were gelled...he looked like a Greek god...and can make any girl go weak on his knees...after they saw each other...they had lust desire and passion for each other but ignored it and controlled their urge to touch and feel each other...manik took her hand and brought her to their favourite place which was the terrace...they used to gaze at the stars when they were young and still came here whenever they feel sad or too happy...manik took her to the centre and kneeled down...he still had one hand of nandini's In his hand...

Manik: "today I am here where we used to come when we were young and still come...its the place where we started gelling up and became bestest of best friends...and now I want our relationship to get on the next level...I want to confess that I Love you with all my heart till my last breath...will you be mine get old and have kids with me" Nandini blushed under his gaze and without second thought hugged him...after some time they broke the hug and then manik took Nandini's lips in his taking her in a passionate and soul searing kiss...

Time flew by manik and nandini were the star couple of the college...but soon things started to get unsettled between them...they were not the couple that once was know...they pretended to be the best but inside they used to have lots of fights regarding manik's flirtious nature which was not known by their college...And nandini's stubborn nature was a problem for manik...soon things were out of control and they started getting gaps in their relationship...

Manik came up to the terrace and saw nandini there gazing at the stars...he came behind her very slowly and took her in a back hug...nandini smiled and rested her head on his chest...after few minutes they had a proper conversation going...but soon lead to a argument...it got to a point that they decided on breaking up...

Nandini: "yaa yaa...why not go to those s**ts and have sex with them right...you want that only...you man naa all are same"

Manik: "Nandini what the hell are you saying...you don't know Yourself...you better shut up...and if you as I can see you have short time memory loss than let me remind you that I have a girlfriend already called nandini murty"

Nandini: "yaa than Mein bhi bolo girlfriend ke hote huye yeh club jakar flirt kyun karta hai"

Manik: "you know what tumse better wohi larkiyan hai Jo flirt karti hai...you know what I can't be with you anymore...its over"

Nandini: "finally I am free...thank god"

Manik: "ha toh mujhe konsa tumhare saath rehna tha"

Manik left nandini and shifted to Mumbai which is also known as the city of dreams...murty's were unaware due to manik's request to his family of not telling murty's of their whereabouts...years past by and now manan are 24...its been ten years but now manan don't even remember each other...

Nandini started getting more into music and thought to become a famous singer...her parents agreed to her and started searching for the best colleges in India...soon they came to a halt when they read the name of space academy...A pretigious college that everyone dreamt of going and studying from there but to their dismay only few people got selected...nandini's name was one of the students who were selected and soon murty's shifted to Mumbai...

It was nandini's first day...she made a girl named navya naveli her friend...and soon came across fab 5...but destiny had other plans...Navya and fab 5 were on the best of terms...As navya was cabir's girlfriend and navya was in a hurry to make nandini meet fab 5...so she invited everyone over to her place for a party...soon everyone arrived but the lady of the hour was missing...but then she arrived...and the first person she saw was manik...For some reason both got attracted in the first meet...fab 5 and nandini became best friends...things were going smoothly but then it was the time of revelation...sighania's arranged a party for their company to come on third position and murty's and malhotra's were invited...Everyone arrived and soon manik and nandini too...they both came at the same time and busted into laughter on the coincidence but destiny wanted to want them to become manan as soon as possible...murty's and malhotra's met and was shocked...There was a emotional and forgiveness section...Both the families called their children and when manik and nandini came face to face they were too shock to react...it was like the floor beneath them taken away...All the flashbacks started flashing in front of their eyes...tears brimmed in the corner of the eyes of manan's but they somehow composed themselves...And then parted their ways...two three days passed manan started coming closer no matter how much they avoided each other...they always landed in front of each other...

It was promise day and now manik understood his fault and he thought of making everything like before...even nandini thought that she was at fault...manik arranged a very romantic setup at his farmhouse and called nandini...soon nandini arrived...he took her to the terrace as it was night and started reviving memories with her...soon a silence engulfed them and manik took that as a golden opportunity and once again held her hand looking straight in her deep hazel brown eyes...

Manik: "nandini I am sorry ab mujhe samajh aagaya hai ke main hi galat tha...I am now guilty for all I did..Please forgive me..." before he could complete his sentence nandini palmed his lips and shook her head in a negative...

Nandini: "even I am sorry uss din maine kuch zada hi bol diya tha...Please forgive me..." Manik put his index finger on her pouty lips and said

Manik: " you told me not to ask for forgiveness and here you are asking me...let's do one thing...let's start afresh...what say?"

Nandini pretending to be thinking: "sochna parhega"

Manik understood she is acting: "Acha. ..." And he started ticking her...soon they were on the floor with manik on top...And when they realised their position...nandini tried to get up but manik stopped her...manik cupped her face kissing her forehead eyes nose cheeks chin and then finally eyed her lips...nandini understood his intention and closed her eyes...manik took that as a green signal and kissed her till they both were breathless...

Manik: "Nandini aaj promise day hai...aur aaj mein promise karta ho ke I will live with you Humesha till the fireflies glow and stars shine...I will always be by your side and will never flirt with any girl even again"

Nandini had tears in her eyes seeing so much love for her in his eyes: "I promise aswell ke aaj ke baad I will try to understand you and will always help you when you Need me...be by your side...and be yours and live with you till eternity and the stars shine and fireflies glow...i am yours Humesha"

Manik murmured near her ear in a husky voice: "Humesha"

Nandini moaned as manik bit her earlobe: "Humesha"

Manik took her in his arms...and soon they were in a room making love to each other...and the room was filled with nandini's moans and manik's growls...soon Nandini had her head on manik's chest and manik had his chin on nandini's head...they talked to each other for a while and soon drifted to a sweet slumber...dreaming about each other...Sleeping in each others embrace...
