Be it a tv actor or someone we are conversing with on this forum, many times we seem to cross the line purely because we don't take enough time to ourselves and try to understand the crux of the situation.
I for one would like people to clarify by what notion do they think she wants the kiss removed for the sake that he was a part of it? I'm not even going to head to the intimate scenes she's done with her previous co-stars during other projects because this is a KYY forum and it's best we keep this limited to the show. Within the show itself, she's done bolder scenes with him...their level of intimacy escalated to a new level post the second kiss. If the problem was him, I find it more sensemaking that she would've mentioned scenes like her birthday night or the night they almost became intimate to be the scenes she wanted removed. I find no hints in her voice and no further detail is given whether she was directing her reasons towards him. If someone found clues, please pass it on to me, I'd love to read them. There is plenty of evidence out there which reiterates that she never has or had an issue with him. Social networking sites are the starting point.Furthermore, words written on paper in comparison to what was actually asked can greatly contradict in the media industry. Don't trust everything that comes your way.Additionally, sometimes there is contextually relevant background information that you may be missing because you may have not been active or that aware of the problems that can sometimes arise behind the camera prior to or after certain scenes, so it's just generally better I think that if you have some confusion or doubts, you try and clarify those first with people who may know some additional information and then make any comments. You know what I wish for, PaNi's professional equation (no puns intended) in actual terms is not that big of a deal as people have made it today. They respect each other and one another's respective personalities too. If they had both loved their egos or themselves more than their work, show or characters; we wouldn't be sitting here cherishing their journey. Please don't repeat hurtful and unkind words again and again. It really makes no sense to be ruining your own mood and peace of mind for something we don't know the full knowledge about. And lastly. It's never easy for one actor to make such a quick transition into a brand new story and with a new character and be expected to leave the rest behind. We have merely watched them onscreen, these guys have lived the character, the journey in themselves. They understand the core of it just as thoroughly as we do otherwise it wouldn't have been emoted and executed well onto our screens. It fumes us when we see flashbacks of MaNan being used to carry S2 forward. She's having to go through it every day too. Can we please cut her some slack and make some peace here.Trust me when I say this, that things aren't as easy as they look like right now. For her and for others.

I think the anger here stems not from her disregarding parth...I mean come on you can't actually expect everyone to get along...but from her being dismissive of a scene which was crucial to manan's journey.
I don't get the sudden discomfort over it either considering they have done umpteen ivs on it and even had discussions on it in ivsđ Like the one where she mentions how her friends wanted to know if he was a good kisser and him following it up with how he thought the kiss scene had turned out well. After discussing it so clinically and that to with each other how did this latent shyness emerge??

The answer kind of lies in your comment itself. I take it that if some dots don't seem to be forming a connect, don't try to forcefully join them. It'll only come back as a bigger disappointment to bug you.The whole situation lays in her unsaid words here which many are not able to pick up the trail on.Take it as this, she's a soulful romantic herself. Shyness, awkwardness and regret aren't cards anyone should be playing right now to figure out the riddle. She loves those scenes she's done with him at Mangalore for her birthday. The problem doesn't lay in the kiss, doing the kiss with him or the kiss being the demand of the script. It's something totally unrelated. She's more than happy to talk about MaNan, their romance, their passion, her fireflies, Manik and even Parth. The issue lies in the what the past was, what the present situation is and what she fears the future may ask.
u have misunderstood her simple statement. Time and time again she have acknowledge manan and today one random statement and people jump to conclusion.Originally posted by: FieryHeart
@arshi_manan - I get what ur saying but KY2 had many such scenes. The 2nd kiss was almost months later after the first. I am sure she would have been teased for that way back. As an actor one tends to do things out of their comfort zone but its part of what they do as a professional. She has done way more sleazy, as in literally 'sleazy' stuff in movies. And the timing she chose to make this statement is defo not appropriate considering that it coincides with her costar quitting. She wants to promote her chemistry with her new costar? Fair enough! But she can do that without disregarding her equation with her ex costar that actually made her famous.
