What is this China ka funda, man? I read about it a bit in the papers...so they are undervaluing/devaluing their currency or something, right? I don't get why this affects the entire world economy though😕

Can you explain it to me? Oh and just to warn you...Finance was my most hated subject in college😆...all this stocks ka funda goes over my head most of the time😆

@AY- You will get a big essay on China, you know my OTT. Last time somebody asked I wrote 1000 words, you willing to understand, still.

But lets just say, China takes loans and if it's currency goes crazy with undervalue , it affects all those investors and also where it has invested. basically , it fooled the world for sometime, ironically everyone knew the game but chose to be blind , hopeful of acche din. A big Asian economy bursting will affect every country given the reach it has had across the economies.

The more I see it, India for some reason , seemed to be sanest place , its bureaucracy kinda saves it , if it also hinders the growth.

@Chipak- But valution in Bater system and the risk. Hayee. Hamari jobs. 😭😆

Jokes apart, ok so if I'm getting this right...essentially the fact that China has lent money to a lot of countries is part of the issue? So when it undervalues it's currency, it ends up undervaluing all that money invested in various ventures? That makes no sense on a basic logical level...what exactly is China hoping to achieve by this? Has to be some game of control...what are they trying to control? Their domestic markets?

Can they actually go bust? Phir U.S. ko jo itne saare loans diye, uska kya hoga?😆

hahaha@ India being sane cuz of it's bureacracy😆 #irony...but then ppl in China probably think that their draconian Communist govt is what keeps things in "discipline"
