The fact is that a case was filed on Manik on Soha's murder and it was withdrawn. So Aryaman blames Manik for his sister's death. He might have thought that the case was withdrawn because of Money and Power. (I still dont understand why the Aryaman who was patient then to know about Fab 5 and who did not jump at Manik the moment he saw him but waited to know about them, is now not patient enough to give time to Nandini or even listen to her)
Nandini only saw a weird and a psychotic Soha but is not aware of the tapes. So it is more of what she saw - an attempt on her life. Also assuming that Nandini did not connect the previous two attempts on her life to Soha. It was Harshad and post Soha's accident, they really did not discuss about Soha . She is not aware of Mr.Khurana's deal with Manik that Soha would be hospitalised for medical treatment. All the while she was only trying to make sense with Mr.Khurana that Soha tried to kill her, Manik saved her. Mr. Khurana did not admit before her about mental state of Soha.
(Assuming that MaNan never discussed Soha incidents after they patched up)
So she cannot ask Aryaman to go and ask Mr.Khurana who would vouch Soha's mental state. Why would he, because this topic never came up between Nandini and Mr.Khurana. And a person who hid about Soha's state to his wife and son. Why would he tell this now to Aryaman.
She asked for time to prove Manik's innocence and she framed a plan. Not saying I am convinced of the plan, but the only thing I could see from her plan is that she wanted to show Aryaman that Manik is a person who would not hesitate to save his enemy from a danger/accident and how could he kill a girl just like that. Yes, she might have told about Soha trying to kill her. But Aryaman is not in a state of mind to believe that his sister is mentally unstable. Not sure if he would have believed that Soha tried to kill Nandini.
Nandini thought Aryaman was giving her time and gave into her plan. But Arya cheated her and tried to harm Manik.
Yes. Nandini had not told Manik immediately after the accident that Aryaman is responsible. Instead she was trying to convince Manik that it cant be Aryaman. Supposing Nandini told Manik at that moment that Aryaman was responsible, Manik would have gone after him and a fight was inevitable. This would in no case convince the innocence of Manik before Aryaman. And they would be at each other's throat only. And perhaps could have turned worse.
Especially after seeing Soha's picture at Manik's house Aryaman seems to have lost that little patience he had.
Now Nandini confronted Aryaman and accused him of cheating on her and risking Manik's life.
Dont know why the writers have brought the track to this drama . Because Aryaman finding about Soha seems to be the only way to bring Nyo's manipulations.
Nandini gave a chance to Aryaman and it backfired.
What I wish is Nandini to tell about Aryaman to Manik and somehow they talk it out to show him the proof instead of Manik confronting Aryaman. I dont know honestly how they would take this track.
Manik also knows Nyo is manipulative. But he has no clue to what extent. He does not know about Nyo;s involvement in Soha's case and he is also not aware of Nyo instigating Pandit which led to Nandini's kidnapping. All the time he thinks he has Nyo under his control, sometimes it backfires. And this is about Manik who knows Nyo well.
Nandini just got to know about Aryaman. I am not saying I am happy with this track. But just wrote what I felt.
Regarding Manik's reactions to Nandini hiding things from him, during that Pandit's coming home for dinner also, she tells him that it is wrong of her to hide it from him, but her intentions were not wrong. She did it because Manik was already disturbed with Dhruv and she did not want him to be further disturbed by her because she was with her family.
Sometimes actions may be foolish but intentions are not. That is why they showed the conversation of Nandini and Manik where she tells him that he sacrificing Nandini for Dhruv was wrong but he did it only for the happiness of his friend.
If only this track could bring out Nandini's inhibitions on reactions of Manik which is why she hesitates to tell him and they talking it they should work together.
I dont know if I made sense. But tried to put it down the way I perceived.
And I am still clueless how they would take this track.
