Chapter 8 ⭐️-

After Around 2 Hours-
Chachi,Cabir and Abeer came to the storeroom and banged open the door. With this even Nandu woke up with a jerk and held Manik tightly..
Ch-Nandu..Manik..!!!
Both of them were surprised to see her here..
N-Chachi aap yahan...!!😲
Ch-Wo sab baadme..abhi ye batao tum dono thik ho na.
Ab-Exactly are you both okay..?!
M-Yes bro..both of us are fine.. (looking at Nandu and aankhon se ishara kiya Cabir ko k she's scared)

Whatever it is but even Chachi and Abeer were worried for her..as they knew the extent to which she panicks in darkness.Cabir too was concerned but also confident that Manik would be there with her and will take care of her.He mentally decided that if this plan fails n M doesn't look out for her in the dark then he would hit him black and blue which he was sure wouldn't happen in the rarest of the situations.
Nandu was still very frightened with the entire episode,so Chachi took her to her room and Manik went with the other two towards the gang...
Ab-I hope Nandini's fine ya.
C-She will be.Chachi hai na uske saath...

Manik's POV-
I hope it is as Cabir's saying..she should be fine.
End

While Manik was in his thoughts,these two twins were discussing something else..

Ab-Whats say...Manik ko bataade plan k baare mein...
C-Tu bataade na..!!if you wanna get murdered brutally by this monster jo jaagega jab use pata chalega..Wo bhi teri tarah Nandu ko lekar chance nai leta...mushkil se tujhe aur Navya ko manaya...Manik toh suega bhi nai...itni dhulayi karega ki apni shakal nai pehchaan paayeha tu ...(nautanki 😆)
Ab-Wohoo...chill Bro. I'll msg the rest also k use kuch na bataye.

Anunya was not at all happy with the plan.But she couldn't do anything as the whole gang was involved. A part of her wanted them to end their fight but also she didn't like when Manik gave more attention to Nandini.When the trio reach there they talk about what all happened and leave to meet Nandu.But suddenly Anu pulled Manik to a corner as she notices his hand..Those were actually Nandini's nail marks.They were real deep and almost on the verge of bleeding...
Anu-(holds his hand) What the hell happened Manik...
M-Wo it's nothing just...
Anu-Oh c'mon Manik..!! I can see...Nandu ko bhi control karna chahiye na...bachi thodi hai.Look how deep the marks are.
M-(he too lost it)Oh come on!! I don't have to explain anything to you. You dragged me into all of this.And I even agreed for the sake of our friendship. But now you're taking it too far.

He left without giving her a chance to speak..She was dumbstruck.She didn't understand how to react. She controlled her tears and left to see Nandu as the whole gang was there.But when she reached,she came to know that all left.Nandu was sleeping and Chachi was with her.

After Dinner-
All had gone for a walk except Nandu...she was awake but was on the bed only.Chachi was with her.Manuk came to met her as he hadn't seen her since that incident.Chachi got a call and she too left saying that she would be on the terrace for a while after taking her assurance that she would be fine and Chachi would be back soon..But just then Manik came and she left satisfactorily.He was worried for her because she was literally shivering that time.

M-Hey Nandu..
N-Hie Manik! Aao na.
He came n sat in front of her. He wore his jacket to hide those marks so that she wouldn't feel guilty.
M-U okay..?!
N-Yup.Agar thodi der aur rehti na toh I would have chilled forever...Waise,tum nai gaye sabke saath.
M-Wo I came to check on you.You weren't feeling well na.
N-Aww...!! Thank you so much.That's so sweet of you!!
M-(smiles)..Okay then let's talk .
N-About what..?!
M-(thinks) Let's talk about that chipkoo.
N-Who chipkoo..!?
M-Ananya...!!
N-Manikk...first of all she isn't chipkoo.It's just that she likes you a lot.
M-But I don't want her near me dancing all the time ya...Like today afternoon...she started shouting on me like a typical GF.
N-(chuckles) Give her some time Manik.
M-Ya...maybe she'll stop behaving weird around me.
N-Why don't you share it with someone jo use samjhaapaye..Abeer maybe
M-Abeer..seriously. I donno why but I feel he doesn't like me.
N-It's nothing like that Manik...Acha you van talk to Abhi...wo Alya ka bhai hai na..and wo aata jaata rehta hai uske ghar...ya phir Cabir...coz uski sabse achi banti hai na group mein...toh wo tumhara point bhi samjhaaye..?!
M-Ya I think I'll talk to anyone of them...(after a pause)Okay then bubyee..gn...I'll take leave.
N-Bye(in a low tone with a fake smile)
M-You want something..!!
She nods her head in a No..
M-Toh..u want me to stay till Chachi comes...!!
She nods her head in a yes.
M-(smiles) Okay...(after a pause) Waise agar main na puchta toh tum kuch nai bolti..!!
N-Wo I thought you must be tired na..isiliye!!

Manik's POV-
Godd..!!
She's so cute.😳.She thinks about me.With this his heart started jumping with joy.
End

M-It's Ok ya...aur tum kahan mujhe khada karke nachane waali ho.Baitha hi hoon na main
N-(chuckles) Thank you!!
M-It's fine (with his ever charming smile)
N-Waise..did you notice. Jabse trip par aaye hain tabse tum Anu ki hi baat kar rahe ho..(teasingly)
M-(in a tizzy) Wo only...only you know na...about this...that's why...felt like discussing with...
N-(laughing) Apna chehra dekha.?
M-Oh..!!This was your plan haan...Ok I think I should leave..
N-No..no..no!! Sry sry..!!(and holds his hand. Unfortunately he isn't able to bear it and winces in pain..)
N-(worriedly)Kya hua .!!
M-(composes and tries to cover up)Kuch nai bus..
Just then Chachi arrives.
M-Abhi Chachi aagaye toh I'll leave.Hmm!!?
N-Okay!! Good night.Thank u for coming (with a smile)

Manik's POV-
That smile...I could do anything for it.But really
Thank Godd..!! I was able to hide them from her warna she would feel guilty..

Ch- Manik tum thik ho na(she heard him wincing in pain
M-Yes chachi...I'm fine..Good nite
Ch-Good night and gives a motherly forehead kiss...
