Chapter 1 A

Nandini was standing on the bus stop waiting for Manvi. On exact 1 pm School bus stopped there and Manvi was the first to jumped out of it. Wearing her favorite color red frock and red shoes hair tied in two ponies she was looking too much adorable.

"Mama..!!" She exclaimed and run towards Nandini. Nandini kneeled down on the ground and opened her arms. Manvi came running and flung in her arms. Seeing her lovely Mama after so many hours make her excited.

"So how was your day?" Nandini asked picking her up in her arms and walking towards her house.

"It was aweshoome(awesome)..!!" Manvi exclaimed stretching her arms in the air to tell Nandini that day was really awesome.

"Acha..!! Kya kya kiya Mama ki jaan nay?" Nandini asked pulling her cheeks.

"In the molning (morning) we pllaayed(prayed) to aiyapaa..!!" Manvi's told her joining her hands telling her that how she prayed to aiyappa. "Then missh.Lubi(Miss.Rubi) taught us a poem..!!"Manvi explained and Nandini nodded. Manvi was a full on chatterbox. She spoke too much but Nandini was the only one who listened to her chatter very carefully. "Then we made shaand tastle (sand castle) ..!!" Manvi continued and Nandini gave her an appreciating smile that she really had done a great job by making sand castles. Now she was entering in the house. Nandini walked in the kitchen and made Manvi sit on the kitchen slab.

"And you know Mama..!! Aj meli Poosh(piyush) shay(say) fight ho dai(gai)..!!" Manvi said pouting her lips and Nandini gave her a glare.

"Mano..!! How many times I have told you not to fight with Piyush..!!" Nandini said scolding her.

"Mama..! It was his fault..!!" Manvi immediately tried to defend herself and Nandini sighed. Manvi was cute but she had a very short temper like her father. Manvi's teacher's had a only one complaint and that was she had a very short temper but Nandini was helpless.

"Acha..!! Tell me want you wanna eat..!!" Nandini said putting her dupatta aside and folding her sleeves getting herself ready for cooking.

"Umm..!! Chips..!! Pasta and chocolate moose..!!" Manvi exclaimed clapping her hands but hearing chocolate moose Nandini was in her own thoughts.

Flashback

Manik came home and started finding Nandini. He reached in the kitchen and saw Nandini. She was wearing shorts and shirt, barefoot, hair were swaying on her back. And She was too much engrossed in cooking something that she didn't noticed Manik's presence. Manik took of his blazer and threw it on the chair. He walked towards her without making noise and hugged her from behind.

"What's cooking?" Manik asked biting her earlobe and after that sucking it lovingly.

"Chocolate moose..!! You love it na?" Nandini said cutely and Manik turned her immediately.

"Waisy I am very hungry..!!"Manik whispered huskily in her ear nuzzling in her hair.

"Haan na I have cooked pasta too..!! Wait I'll bring it..!!" Nandini being Nandini didn't understood Manik's meaning and was about to walk away when Manik slammed his lips with hers. He kissed her deeply and Nandini replied with equal favor. Manik was devouring all his eternal love in the kiss. Tasting each and every corner on her mouth. After sometime they broke gasping for air but Manik was in no mood leaving Nandini at any cost. He took some chocolate from the bowl and licked it giving a smirk to Nandini. She smiled naughtily and again fused her lips with him. Tasting the chocolate and licking it they again kissed each other.

"I want to eat you Nandini..!! You are too much tasty..!!" Manik said seductively biting her neck harshly and after that licking it. Nandini was feeling weak on her knees she clutched Manik's shoulders.

"Manik..!!"She moaned his name it turned Manik more. To his luck Nandini was wearing a buttoned shirt.

"Nandini..!! Do you want to continue with your chocolate moose or should I..!!" Manik asked naughtily with that he opened the first button of Nandini's shirt making her breath uneven once again Nandini too was in a mood. She wrapped her arms around Manik neck.

"As your wish..!!" She said and winked naughtily. That was it for Manik he picked her up in his arms and walked towards the bedroom.

Present

"Mama..!! Whele ale you losst..!!(where are you lost)?" Manvi shook Nandini's shoulder and she came out of her thoughts.

"Haan..!! Nowhere bacha..!!" Nandini smiled and kissed her forehead.

"Mama cookies.!!"Manvi demanded and Nandini handed over her cookies jar. Manvi was very fond of chocolate and cookies. Manvi was continuously blabbering about her day and Nandini was preparing her food. It was their habit Manvi kept sitting on the table during Nandini's cooking session.

After 2 hour Manvi was sitting in Nandini's lap and Nandini was feeding her the food.

"Mano..!! Why did you fought with Piyush..!!" Suddenly Nandini asked her and she stopped munching the chips.

"Mama..!! Poosh(piyush) is a bad boy..!!" Manvi said sadly.

"What he did?" Nandini asked feeding her another spoon of pasta.

"He said that I am an olphaaan betause my papa nevel come to palent teachal meeting(He said that I am an orphan because my papa never comes to parent teachers meeting)..!!" Manvi explained innocently and Nandini held back her tears.

"Then what you told him?" Nandini asked in a sad tone.

"I told him that my papa libes(lives) in big city that's why he nevel(never) come to meeting..!!" Manvi told Nandini and tears rolled down of Nandini's cheeks.

"Mama ya olphaan(orphaan) tya(kya) hota hai? Am I olphaaan(orphan)?" Manvi asked ever so innocently and Nandini immediately shook her head in a no and hugged Manvi tightly.

"No..!! Mano..!! You are not orphan..!! Papa loves you jaan..!! It's just that he is very busy na..!! Tou that's why he never comes to us..!!" Nandini tried to explain Manvi and control her tears.

"Mama..!! You said na when papa will come he will bring big wala doll for me?" Manvi asked cutely breaking the hug and Nandini just nodded. And Manvi again started munching her chips and Nandini wiped her tears. Manvi had a very good impression of her papa in her mind all thanks to Nandini. Whenever Manvi used to ask about Manik, Nandini always told her that he was very busy and also lives in a big city but one day he will surely come to meet Manvi and will bring a big doll for her.

After lunch Nandini and Manvi kept playing with Manvi's dolls. Then during all this Manvi fell asleep in Nandini's lap. Nandini tucked her in the bed and she herself lie down beside her to get some rest. In the evening as usual they both went to park with Manvi's ball which had lots of cartoon characters on it. After spending a quality time their they came back home and after eating dinner they both slept that's all was their daily routine.

Chapter 1 B

Next day Fab5 were boarding the plane for Pune concerts. Dhruv,Alya were sitting together while Manik and Cabir were sitting together. Mukti was sitting with some other people. As usual Manik was sitting quiet looking out of the window.

"Manik..!!" Cabir called him but no reply.

"Naraz hai..!!" Cabir asked poking his shoulder.

"Nahi..!!" Manik said coldly.

"Manik look..!! I am not wrong..! Try to find her yaar..!!" Cabir said in a low tone.

"Tujhy kya lagta hai Cabir? Haven't I tried? I tried to find her because I want to ask her that why did she do that to me? Why she deceived? Why she left me? She also proved that she is a typical woman..!! I thought of her different but no...!!" Manik said painfully again tears brimmed in his eyes.

"Manik..!! May be she had a reason behind it?" Cabir again tried to convince him.

"Bullshit..!!" Manik said in a high pitch. "Reason? Jo bhi baat ho Cabir but how can she left me so quietly? I was her husband..!! Not a boyfriend jis say jab chaha breakup kar liya?" Manik said sadly. "You know how much pain I am bearing?" Manik said as tears rolled down his cheeks. Cabir hugged him and consoled him by rubbing his back. Nandini..!! Manik's life..!!Manik's everything..!! One day she quietly left..!! Leaving a letter for Manik..!! The day she went from Manik's life Manik didn't slept peacefully..!! Manik stopped talking..!! He remained quiet..!! Now the only purpose of Manik's life was Music..!! Music..!! And just Music..!!

The plane landed at Pune airport it was quiet evening. They went to hotel. All of them were very excited except Manik..!!

"Guys..!! I am going out to get some fresh air..!!" Manik told fab4 who were playing cards and they all nodded. Manik wore a hood jacket and now his face was half hidden in the hood so that no one can recognize him.

Manik was walking on the road just thinking about Nandini. He saw a little park he was tired so he went inside it and sat on a bench. He saw a couple on the bench in front of him. They were sitting cuddling to each other. A smile crept on his lips.

Flashback

"Manik..!! Behave yourself...!!" Nandini said and pushed him away. They were sitting on a bench in a public park and Manik was trying to get romantic with her.

"Lohh..!! How could someone behave himself when he have such a beautiful wife..!!" Manik said naughtily and again nuzzled in her hair.

"Manik...!! We are in public place..!!" Nandini once again tried to protest.

"Haan tou..!!" Manik said huskily and kissed her neck.

"Tou..!! Manik acha nahi lagta..!! Log kya sochain gay..!!" Nandini again gave a lame excuse.

"Jo sochty hain sochny do..!! Look we are not girlfriend boyfriend..!! We are husband wife..!! You are wearing a mangulsutra and sindoor in your maang and wo bhi meray naam ka so what's the tension..!!" Manik said calmly and Nandini wanted to bang her head in a wall because Manik's calm attitude always proves something stupid for her. But she sighed and stopped arguing because she knew if she will argue then Manik will become angry and which she can't afford.

"Ok baba fine..!!" Nandini said and Manik smiled brightly. He immediately lied on the bench placed his head in Nandini's lap. The only place in the whole world which gave him peace. They kept talking with each other with Nandini ruffling his hair with one hand and other was in Manik's hand. The only woman of Manik's life to whom he love the most..!! The woman who taught him the true meaning of love..!! The woman turned Monster Manik in just Manik..!! Nandini's Manik..!!

Manik was thinking all this when something hit his feet bringing him out of his thoughts. He looked down and saw a ball full with cartoon characters he picked it up in his hands ,he look here and there then he saw a adorable girl hardly of four years old coming towards him running fast. An unknown smile crept on Manik's lips and he waited for that girl to come close to him. Soon she reached to him. She was wearing very cute white shorts with red shirt. Manik seems like he had seen that face before but where?

"Untul..!!(uncle) meli bool..!!(My ball)..!!" She said to Manik extending her hands in front of him. Manik sat down on the ground on his knees. Don't know why he was feeling some kind of attraction towards her.

"Hello..!! Sweetheart..!! How are you? " Manik greeted her pulling her cheeks and the little girl frowned.

"Why would I tell you?" She said cutely crossing her arms on her chest and Manik laughed out loud.

"Attitude hmm..!!" Manik thought playfully.

"Hmm..!! You are right why would you tell me?" Manik said sadly. "But if I give you a chocolate tab bhi nahi btaoa ge ap?" Manik tricked her by waving a peanut stuffed chocolate which was his favorite too. Girl's eyes started shining seeing her too favorite chocolate. She licked her lips.

"Oty..!!(oky) I'll tell you..!!" Girl surrendered and Manik again laughed. Manik picked her up in his arms and again sat down on the bench handed over her the chocolate. Girl again frowned.

"Now what? Sweetie?" Manik noticed her bad mood.

"Don't you know..!! Whenever you give a chocolate to a baby girl tou unwrap kal kay daity hain..!!" Girl said scolding him like a teacher and Manik was going all aww for her.

"Ohh..!! I am sorry my fault..!! I'll unwrap it..!!" Manik readily accepted his defeat.

"Apology accepted..!!" Girl said in a serious tone and started eating the chocolate.

"Where are your Mama and Papa sweetie..!!" Manik asked playing with her beautiful hair.

"My Mama has left me here with Sakshi maushi..!! because she had shum wolk (some work)..!! She will be baat shoon..!!(back soon)..!" She said nodding her head and suddenly she rested her tiny head on Manik's chest. Manik felt like something had completed in his arms. He wrapped his arms around the girl. He was feeling himself so much blessed.

"And Papa..!!" Manik asked wiping the chocolate of her chin.

"My papa lives in a big city..!! Mama kehti hain that Papa loves me..!! And when he will come back he will bring me a big doll..!!" Girl explained him very seriously and Manik understood that her parents must be separated. How can be father so cruel? How can he left such a baby angel alone? Manik thought sadly.

"Hmmm..!! So in which class do you read..!!" Manik asked as now girl had finished her chocolate and her hands were dirty with chocolate.

"I read in nursery class..!!" Girl told him and now she was in a fix what to do with these dirty hands. "Untul my hands ale dilty..!!(uncle my hands are dirty) What to do?" She asked innocently showing Manik her hands. Manik didn't have any handkerchief nor a tissue paper he started thinking how to clean her hands. Then suddenly he opened his jacket's zip and with one corner he started rubbing girl's hands soon they were clean.Manik's most expensive jacket was ruined but who cares...!! The only need of this time was to clean the little girl's hands.

"Done..!!" Manik said lovingly poking her nose and she smiled seeing her clean hands. Manik thought of tickling her and he started tickling her but to his surprise she didn't laughed. "Why aren't you laughing?" Manik asked surprisingly.

"Betause(because) I don't feel ticklish.!!" Girl said shrugging her shoulders and Manik was shocked on his place.

"Can I go now?" She asked innocently. Manik didn't wanted her to go but he nodded as he knew her Mama must be worried.

"Sweetie do you daily come to this park?"Manik asked as he wanted to meet her again and the girl nodded. Manik made her stand on her feet and she look at him with a broad smile. She gestured him to sit down by pulling his pant and Manik sit down.

"Thank you for the chocolate..!!" Girl exclaimed and kissed Manik's left cheek. Then she pull her ball from Manik's hands. Manik was stunned on his place. The touch was so familiar but how? The girl was running away from him.

"What your name sweetie..!!" Suddenly Manik shouted. The girl stopped and turned.

"Manvi Malhotra..!!"The girl shouted and run away.

"Manvi Malhotra..!!"Manik repeated smilingly and got up to leave.
