CHAPTER 2 Manik rushed and parked his car at their favourite meeting place:
CAFE 02. He entered and spotted her sipping her favourite fresh lime soda.
He sidehugged her and sat next to her.
Nandini:
So, meeting kaisi thi? Manik:
It went well. Who can resist Manik's charm, you knoww (He said and winked)
Nandini:
self obsessed kahin kee (She pulled his nose cutely)
Manik:
lets order jaldi se I'm hungry.
Nandini:
Already done.
Manik:

Nandini:
Two chinese platters. That's your favourite here na? Manik couldn't help pulling her cheeks adoringly.
Manik:
Baby knows everything about me naa? Nandini:
Nandini moorthy hai hi itni amazing Manik:
now who's being self obsessed haan? They giggled and soon food arrived.
Manik:
eee, btw, meera ma ko kya bola? Nandini:
Mukti ke sath lunch. (She said while eating noodles)
Manik
: waise tum mujhe mukti se milla kab rahi ho? Nandini:
pagal ho gaye ho? She doesn't know about us Manik:
what? But whyy Nandini:
arre, the manik Malhotra and Nandini Moorthy are a couple. Have you forgotten humari families ka ek dusre ke liye pyaar (she said sarcastically)
Manik took her hand in his and entwined their fingers.
Manik:
Kya yaar nandu. I hate this, humari families kash normal hoti. Humme esse chup chup ke nahi milna padta then. Nandini saw Manik's face frowing.
Nandini:
Manik tum bhi naa bahaut boring ho I swear. (He pushed his head a little)
Manik gave a confusing look.
Nandini:
what? Obviously na! Chupke chupke milne mein tumhe mazaa nahi atta. Mujhe toh badda mazza aata hai. I mean normally toh har couple milta hai. Esse jhooth bolke, sneak out karke, its so exciting nai? (She said in a cheered up voice)
Manik:
yaah..I..think so! (Manik was still confused)
Nandin:
forget all that. Khanna. Eat eat eat. After finishing their food they walked out together.
Manik:
chalo I'll drop you Nandini:
marna hai? (She said while laughing)
Manik:
seee! Another disadvantage. I cant even drop my girlfriend safely.
She quickly pecked on his cheek.
And leaned on him with her hands around his waist.
Nandini:
awww, majnu manik. Don't worry. Soon wo day bhi ayega. Manik smiled at her cute moves.
Nandini:
acha chalo ab I got to go. She again kissed his cheecks and left quickly.
She was moving and manik yelled from behind.
Manik:
accha sunno? She turned but didn't move.
Nandini:
bolo? Manik touched his cheeks where she kissed. This made Nandini blush.
Manik:
I love youu! "
Love you too Baby!" Nandini yelled from a distance and smiled.
They left for their respective work then.

While Nandini was in the car she got mukti's call.
Mukti: whatsup nandu
Nandini: kuch nahi just heading back to office ...how is your trip going? You're liking pune?
(Mukti was in pune for a business trip)
Mukti: han thiek hai. But after 5 when work is over, I am super bored
Nandini: isn't your hot boss with you mukku?
Nandini giggled.
Mukti: hai na. But vo khadoos apni extra khadoos girlfriend ko sath laya hai.
Nandini: matlab tum unn couple ke sath wahan khoob enjoy kar rahi ho
Nandini mocked her and laughed
Mukti: HaHaHa..bahaut hassi aa rahi hai na? Wapas anne de, tab bataungi
Nandini: yes ma'am. Come soon. Missing you.
Mukti: same here. Parson, I'll be there. See yaa.
Nandini: yes. Buhbyee.
Mukti: byee! *********
