Will Nandini tell Manik about Aryamaan?

Today Nandini did not tell about Aryamaan to fab4 and Navya.She has decided to tell about it to Manik.But I think after recovery of Manik doctors may say to everyone not to give stress to Manik.So nandini will not tell him.My answer is no and yours.
