ChAPTER17: UNKNOWN CONNECTION.

Now it was Manik's habbit too, to go on the terrace at the night and brethe in the fresh air. He learned it all from our Nandu only.

The same day, he was standing there again.

Manik's POV:

She wont come, I know. Nahi ayegi vo..ofcourse why will she come..as if I mean something to her huh..all she cares about is that fool

He was wrong. She did come. But when she saw Manik standing there, she took her steps back. She was reminded of the promise that she had made. She had to avoid him. Only she knows, how badly she wanted to stay there and be with him, talk under the stars. But again, the promise was stopping her. She...she just took a deep breath and decided not to stay there anymore.

All this was being watched by someone. Someone who wasn't really liking it. Someone who had waited for Nandini to be his for years. Yes, Aryamaan. He was watching all this. He could see nandini crave for manik but still stepping back. He had many questions in mind. But this surely wasn't the right time to talk.

After Nandini went, Aryamaan came and stood beside manik.

Aryamaan: Beautiful Sky no?

Manik: yeah.

Aryamaan: you know Nandini always used to love the stars. She's so addicted to them. Usko bahaut pasand hai rooz raat ko esse kisi open place pe anna.

An unknown smile appeared at Manik's face.
Manik: I know.

Aryamaan: itna jante ho usse?

Manik:hmm..tumse zyada nahi but

Aryamaan: wo toh hai..Nobody can replace me in her life. Nobody (he said looking straight into Manik's voice)

Manik kept his hands on aryamaan's shoulder

Manik: dont worry buddy. Destiny would give us way to whatever is ours. Chill. Lets leave it all to the destiny.

Aryamaan just shook his head and smiled.

Manik: anyways, goodnight

Aryamaan: goodnight

Manik left.
Aryamaan turned to the sky and said "I'll have to find out, what's cooking between them" (and gives an evil smirk)

Next day: Mehndi ceremony

The day was again full of hustle & bustle.

Cabir was sleeping and suddenly someone opened the curtains and sunlight was directly falling on his face.

Cabir murmmered in sleep "Arre yaar kaun hai sowne do naa"(and be digged his face deep in the pillow)

"Aur humme laga humne toh tumhari neendein churra li hai huh"

Cabir suddenly realised who it was an instantly sat down.

What he saw in front of him was the purest form of beauty. Navya was dressed in a beautiful white sarre with a thick golden border. She wore big twinkling eyerings and a small bracelet complimenting her look perfectly.

Cabir "wooow!"

Navya: good. Yehi puchne ayyi thi ki mai kaisi lag rahi hun..i got my reply, thanks

Cabir: How i wish i could wake up to this amazing image in front of my eyes everyday

Navya: subeh subeh flirting sehat ke liye acchi nahi hai mr.cabir (she winked)

Cabir laughed a bit.

Navya: jaldi se uth jaao mai tumhari favourite Navya special coffee leke atti hun.

Cabir nodded a ohkay. But then the last coffee incident struck him.

He immediately got up from the bed and blocked her way.

Cabir: NOOO!

Navya: what? (She had a confusing look)

Cabir: I mean tum ajj itni pretty lag rahi ho..

Navya: so?

Cabir: han so yeh earings bhi kitne shine kar rahe hai

Navya: sooo? (She literally had a 'what's wrong with you expression)

Cabir: sooo, yeh white..it suits you soo much navya (he was trying to figure out some excuse)

Navya: sooo? (This time her tone was little louder)

Cabir:so bas kuch nahi yeh white sarree coffe banate hui kharab ho sakti hai and we can't take risks..no no no..so coffee mai kabhi aur pee lunga (he said in one go)

Navya pulled Cabir's cheeks and said "Awww. Ohkay. Chalo now lemme help mukti in getting ready. I'll see you later, bye"

She leaves.

Cabir says to himself "Phew bacch gaye yaar thankgod"

Meanwhile, Nandini was helping Mukti to get ready.

Nandini: wow mukti you look amazing.

Mukti:thankyouuu baby. I am so excited

Nandini: haha chalo now let me also go and get ready.

Mukti: acha sunnn..here take my phone and meri ek picture click karde..i want abhi to be the first person to see me like this

Nandini: ohkay wait

(She clicks a picture & sends it to abhi)

Nandini: ab mai jaau?

Mukti: ohkay go :)

Nandini went to her room and took out a beautiful red sarre.

Cabir knocked on the door.

Nandini: heyy cabirr. Come sit naa

Cabir: wuhooo someone's looking too good

Nandini: haha thankyouu

Cabir: By the way, Mai amms se milla abhi. She told me about your deal with aryamaan

Nandini knew what he was talking about.
