CHAPTER 5

Manik was standing facing his back towards the door when the door opened he turned back and was shocked to see nandini standing there with only towel wrapped around her body and water was driping from her wic was tied in a messy bun and some flicks around her shoulder he don't know for how long he was staring at her and he was brought out of his thought when nandini screamed

Nandini:tum yaha kya kar rahe ho
She immediately hid behind the door only peeping her face out and asked again for wic he replied

Manik:woh...ma..inn..woh..hh..main... he said stammering

Nandini:wohh kya?

Manik:uhmm nothing I'm leaving bye wid that he literally ran towards his car to avoid further embarassment he sat inside the car and was still in shock to see nandini like that just in a towel he mentally slapped himself to stop any idiotic thoughts in his mind

On the other side nandini closed the door immediately and was thinking "why was manik here at this time and he was in school uniform means he directly came after school" she chucked all her thoughts and went back to complete her bath after taking bath she got ready in shots and loose top and sat on the sofa and started watching tv and that time her phone ringed and she saw mukti calling and she picked her call

Mukti:hey nandini wats up?

Nandini:nothing much u say

Mukti:how's ur leg btw?

Nandini:its fine now u say why u called something imp?

Mukti:why I can't call u like this only aisa na nandini okay me phone rakhti hu
Nandini:arey mukti aisa nhi wh tu kabi schl se direct aake phn ni karti na isliye ab bol hua kya h

Mukti:ohh mene isliye phn kiya tujhe bolne ki I'll pick u up for party and we will go together

Nandini:kausi party? She said confusingly

Mukti:arey manik ke ghar ki party jo kal hai

Nandini:par mujhe th nahi pata

Mukti:kya usne tujhe invite nahi kiya

Nandini:nahi usne toh kuch nahi bola

Mukti:arey lagta h bhul gaya par usne bola th tha ki wh school ke baad direct tujhe invite karega khud

Nandini thought: ohh tabi manik ghar pe aaya tha par mujhe aise dekh ke wh kuch bol hi nhi paya air chala gaya she laughed a bit

Mukti:oyee kaha kho gayi wh chod agar wh bhul b gaya th me invite karti hu kal 7 bje ready rehna okay ?

Nandini: okay mukti bye

Mukti:bye

Manik reached home and saw dhruv was already there

Manik:hey buddy tu is wakt yaha

Dhruv:ha wh mom ghar par nhi hai na isliye

Manik:ohh acha tu baith me freah hokar aata hu with that he was abt to leave

Dhruv:buddy tune nandini ko invite kar diya kal ke party ke liye

As soon he heard nandini's name he got a flashback of how he saw her in towel and how he was unable to speak anything in front of her he was brought out of his trance when shruv his hand in front of him

Manik:huh?

Dhruv:buddy kaha kho gaya tune use invite kiya?

Manik:woahh...mainn bhul gaya abi kar dunga okay

Dhruv:haa theek hai chal tu fresh ho jaa me wait kar raha hu neeche

Manik:haa theek hai with that he ran upwards to his room and went to take a shower directly he was thinking how can a girl make me stammer and forget wat I have to do he brushed his thoughts away and quickly took a shower and came out wearing shorts and a blur tee he looked at his phone and thought of calling her he picked up and hesitatingly called her rings passed but she dint picked up he thought maybe she was a bit shy to talk to her he kept the phone on bed and was abt to leave when his phone ringed

On the other hand nandini was in the washroom when she came out and took her phone she saw missed call from manik she immediately called him

Nandini:hello

Manik:hey

Nandini:tumne call kiya tha?

Manik:haa wohh actully kal mere ghar pe party hai so mene invite karne ke liye phn kiya tha

Nandini: she thought to play wid him sorry par me nhi aa paungi

Manik:are par kyu? He said seriously

Nandini:woahh boht late hojaega na aur driver b nhi hai

Manik:arey itni si baat dnt worry me tumhe drop kardunga safe and sound


Nandini:but she wanted to say something but manik cut her in middle

Manik:no ifs and but u are coming as u remember u have to payback my thank you

Nandini: okay done

Manik:good girl okay then byee see you tomorrow

Nandini:yaa bye with that she cut the call and was thinking abt wat to wear for tomorrow

Manik came down and started playing video games woth dhruv after that they both slept over there only

Party day

In afternoon at 4 she went to her room and opened the cupboard and was thinking what to wear for the party as its the first time she's going to a party at manik's place after a search of an hour she picked up a black dress which ended above her knees and got a deep back with a zip and a black bow in front the neck was deep in front and her cleavage was easily seen it was simple yet classy she started to get ready as mukti will pick her at 7 pm she frst took a shower then wore her dress and came in front of the mirror and was continuosly looking at herself at every angle she looked at mirror and started to do a light makeup with just just eyeliner and a little gloss and her open straight at one side she wore her black wedges wic was not much high as her leg wud get sprain again she heard the honk of mukti's car and took her sling bag and ran downwards she opened the door and walked towards mukti's car she greeted mukti and sat in the car
Mukti was wearing a black skirt with balck crop top and a cardigan over it and hight pumps her hair was open and bit curled she was looking absolutely hot

Mukti:babes u looking amazing as usual

Nandini: and u looking hot as usual with that they both laughed and reached at the party venue that's malhotra mansion
