AFTER ONE WEEK
I was Damn happy about the idea of going back to school. Is one week mein I was so bored at home. Meri mukti aur aliya se regular basis pe baat hoti thi shayad iss vajah se hi mein zinda thi. "Thank god you are back"mukti hugged me as I entered in the class "kaisi ho yaar. pata hai tumhare bina mein kitna bore ho gayi thi" "mein bhi bahot bore ho gayi thi yaar" I Said breaking the hug "nandu" aliya exclaimed as she saw me. "hi! Mujhe tumhe bahut zaroori baat batana hai" she said "kya? " I asked. "voh to mein tumhe baatongi but first come sit" she said. I went towards my seat and saw manik sitting infornt of me "hi! Manik" I said "so soha se break up hua ki nahi and what about aliya? "he gave me a weak smile and said "soha se... Breakup ho gya and about aliya. She..."" no manik I'll tell her" exclaimed aliya. Lagta hai in dono ki chal rahi hai par.. Manik itna sad kyun lag raha hai.. Lagta hai inki ladai hoi hai I thought to myself. Mukti sat with manik and I sat with aliya behind them. They both turned around to talk and hear what aliya was going to tell. Unke faces dekh ke toh lag raha tha ki unhe pata hai. " I am in.. Love" aliya told holding my hand. Finally things are working between aliya and manik I thought to myself. But I chose to keep quiet and wait for aliya to confess about her and manik. "so, who is the lucky boy... Eh?" I said trying to look shock and showing some excitement. "you know him.. He is in this school only .." she said "okay.. " I said "so.. The boy I love is ...aryaman and I am In relationship with him."she said. I was shocked beyond any thing my mouth opened aryaman like seriously but then what about manik. I looked at him our eyes met and he lowered his gaze. "say something na. Nandini. Hey, are you listening me?" aliya shook me "yeh kaise ho sakta hai. " I said "what do you mean?" aliya said "aren't you happy for her? " mukti said "haan I.. I am happy for her. I mean it's so shocking na so that's why .." I said controlling my running train of thoughts. "so, why you said that how Could this happen" mukti asked "aa... Mukti why are you becoming ACP PRADYUMAN from CID " manik said defending me. "oye manik, tu kab se nandini ko defend karne laga. Tum dono jaani dushman se jigar dost ban gaye ho kya?" mukti said "mukti yaar... Nandini toh pehle se hi meri dost thi and I am not defending her voh toh bas.." manik was cut in between by mukti "voh kya.. Haan bol?""mukti I I am definitely happy for aliya I was just saying that yeh kab hua " I said holding aliya's hand "2 saal se we are in relationship " aliya told. Now that was the biggest shock to me "what, tum mujhe ab baata rahi ho. Like seriously" I was so much angry on aliya "haan sorry, voh I didn't knew that how you would react. I mean tum itni sidhi sadhi si ho na so... And aryaman ne bhi mana kiya tha isiliye " aliya said "what rubbish and usne mana kiya aur tum man gayi. Koi apne friends yeh baatein thodi na chupa hai " I said "sorry, sorry please na apna mood mat kharab karo na, sorry nandu. please"aliya apologized "ok but next time. I won't except any sorry koi bhi baat nahi chupaogi, promise" I said forwarding my hand "promise"she said holding it. "and tum dono bhi... Hamare beech mein kabhi koi secret nahi rahega promise " "PROMISE" the trio said in unison "pakka vala" manik said quietly for me to hear only. I smiled to him and gave him are you ok look. He smiled back a little and nodded in yes. "achcha but no one will tell aryaman that you all know about us" aliya said. "what, why" manik said "you have said something right first time in your life...ans and aliya Why you don't want us to discuss about you with aryaman " I said "oh, hello. What you said that I have said first time something right in my life... You don't know me manik malhotra is always right." manik said holding me by my arm"yes manik you heard that right and leave my hand" I said struggling to come out from his hold "manik leave her and you both stop fighting. aliya manik and Nandini sahi bol rahe hai. Why are you stopping us" mukti said. "voh aryaman , he is a little shy type na so. He don't like to talk about such things so that's why... "aliya explained "what aryaman is shy type.." I controlled myself from revelling the truth. Aryaman and shy my foot huh...I won't let him break my friend's heart but I am sure aliya won't believe me. She really loves him lot. bachpan se ab tak aliya ne mujh se koi baat nahi chupai thi but for this jerk aliya ne mujh se itni badi baat chupai. Par mein kya karo. "Nandini come sit with me" manik took me out of my trance. "yeah... I.. coming" I said getting up "like seriously aaj sooraj kahan se rise hua hai. Manik jo din bhar aliya aliya karta tha voh aaj nandini ke saath bathana chahta hai. Tum dono ke beech kuch hua hai na. " mukti said "shut up mukti" manik and me said together. "so, what happened" manik asked me as I sat next to him. "nothing " I said. I was unable to meet his gaze. "you know what someone here made everyone promise to share every thing ." he said in my ears "plus you are a very... Very terrible lier... Yes believe me " he said. "voh aryaman he doesn't give good vibes to me" I said "kya matlab??" manik asked.
