Honestly, the moment I saw a tacky stage(even a Lion's den would probably be bigger than that) last week, I did not have much hopes for the supposedly big "Fusion Concert". When I saw a guitarist Manik given a bandwale ka costume I dreaded Nandini's(it had to compliment Manik's golden/shiny jacket so). But not even in my dreams did I expect the designer to come up with something like THAT for Nandini🤢 Suddenly Manik's outfit started to look so much better
And if all this setup wasn't enough, we have the cherry on top-Zehnaseeb😒
The moment I saw the precap yesterday my expectations hit an all time low! The visual was beautiful and the song suits MaNan BUT was it worth all the wait, anticipation, build-up, hype, patience and Hope? Not for me. I sat to watch today's epi with zero excitement for the concert.
MaNan looked nice on-stage till they were sitting. But in the very second shot they stand and Nandu's dress distracts me. It is then that I noticed Manik's baby guitar😡 could this "BIG" performance get any bigger?🤪
Why is the PH behaving so poor all of a sudden when the show is supposedly earning good revenues? THIS FUSION CONCERT was a DISASTER after, all the drag-fest we had to put up with for so long!
Along with being a MaNan fan, I'm a fan of Music too. So I was really excited when this track began. It's no surprise that MaNan would perform together, it was the "Performance" that I was looking forward to. I expected some good musical tashan. Playfully intriguing if not dhamakedar. There was so much potential for a good concert like the musicana. Considering the angst had diluted and love had rekindled along the way, a romantic number was kind of expected too. But a new song, better execution, more songs/music could've been better no? After all MUSIC is synonym to KY2. It is what connects all of them together.
I liked the epi(MaNan scenes to be precise) otherwise but disappointed with the way they handled this track/concert😵 No more expectations from the show and no hopes for MaNan🥺 for this is how the track had to end. MaNan will probably even win the concert(God knows how the concert turned into a contest). Where is the surprise element? oh wait! The song choice was surely a surprise
