Adding your own pov in between is not a good idea but thats my opinion, i am not suggesting you to stop or anything like that

Why i dont like it, its when i read something, i try to understand why the characters are behaving like this, what could be the motive of the writer, why did he choose this and that

It interrupts the story, Your pov was good and i agree with what you wrote but it just doesn't fit in the middle of the story

Again its only my opinion, dont take any offense (PLEASE)
