Genie ..Its annoying okay... Why do people miss out on such small details , which majority of Indian shows don't even bother showing yet this show does...?

When Pandit self invited himself, Nandini was like W*F.. ? but she couldn't say out loud coz well manik was there.. and when she gave water to pandit, she was all making faces. She wasn't liking it. In fact she wasn't being around pandit and was sitting on the stairs talking to Manik instead.

There you said it. Its not like nandini doesn't believe Manik's doubts on Pandit, she did think upon Manik's words and have been trying to keep careful around Pandit ever since. When chachi said the same about Pandit, she felt she would get something tangible to hold on to and prove Manik's point right.

Am I the only one who didn't think that Manik was belittling Nandini or their relationship when he said that "Nandini kya, koi bhi ladki tumhe choose karti because you are a better guy, Dhruv."? Do people conveniently forget "because you are a better guy"? Lol there have been times when I have gotten frustrated with Manik when he states that he gets carried away with Nandu and feels guilty when something happens with any of the members of Fab5...but I didn't see the scene on Friday like that. That was completely different. Manik really thinks that Dhruv is better than him because he is a good guy while Manik was always a bad guy...

I actually like it so much more when Nandini takes the initiative to be affectionate with Manik. Manik toh we know has always been more about speaking with his touch, but now when Nandini does this it speaks volumes about their progress.

The girl who used to cringe away in the beginning every time he invaded her space, now just loves to shower him kisses ☺️

Oh man I Love it when Nandini takes initiative to show affection towards Manik. Manik is otherwise Man of few words and more about action, but when it comes to nandini he is more about words and nandini finds it comfortable to convey her thoughts and feelings through actions with him.

@VK -Now explain how Nandini is dumped down. She did the same thing with Manik too. When he was hovering around her, she didn't make sense of it. Took it as him troubling her but when he kept asking about why she rejected Dhruv- she had her first doubt. She could have called Dhruv and asked but she waited. Noticed his hug in the jungle , care and then the seduction to get Manik stop lying.

Here too she has been connecting dots since the day Manik mentioned about Pandit. The hand touching during veena, the hair brush- but they were so inconclusive. Room thing she legit thought he did crossed a line . Since then she has been asking about him through others Dhruv, Cachi- but well nobody will commend her for that.

She was making faces when Pandit mentioned world tour. Her reactions to him are so not welcoming.

Yet she is apparently being "dumped down" because she is not jumping and agreeing with Manik blindly. She is working on it herself.

I told Rida - Nobody will like Nandini's story. We debated how her vulnerabilities will make for a difficult viewing. Because if you show her making mistake, viewers immediately want the explanation for it. They don't even wait for a day to see it .Like the line comment was ripped apart but nobody had the patience to see that very next day she spoke to Dhruv. It's like there is no room for her.

Fact is nobody wants to see her falling from the pedestal. They want her to say right thing, be right with Manik and hundred other things. There is no patience when it comes to Nandini. Internalized Patriarchy.

I was pissed by tht dialogue alone , in some angles i felt he belittled but thn i understood tht it is not wat irked me but it was him always belittling himself ..he always consider him bad which he isnt ..i was like kab sudhrega yeh ladka ...he is good , why cant gadha himself see it ..tht irked me ..and for that i felt he should be punched but as genie said now punch doesnt have any value it will destroy their growth ..

He always considered him to be the bad guy, the monster and he prided in being that

And Dhruv was a guy whom any girl would desire to be with, the good guy, the prince charming. Thats why Manik always felt that he never had a chance with Nandini with Dhruv also being in the same league

He was belitting himself and that is why Nandini told him today that no one can be better than him for her, that is he doesn't have to belittle himself anymore

I agree with Nashi, see Nandini has already forgiven him over it. She understands in what context he did it, and even Manik said "you told me it wrong anyway" and that is where she said "it was wrong towards me but you were not wrong towards Dhruv". Yes she is right, her self-respect was in tact, but she could also see Manik was actually putting himself down, he doesn't believe he is a good person. Remember she has seen his worse side, she has seen him cry about nyonika when he was drunk, she has seen him been fragile about love and trust. And hence that is why she said to him "You are the best for me" meaning she never would have gone to anyone, let alone dhruv, and that warmed his heart.

This is where Manik and Dhruv will come out stronger

@KP - Same. The whole comment from Manik was about his comparison with Dhruv. He was self-berating himself and this Nandini couldn't see. She saw him pleading and his inferiority complex in all it's glory. Hence she assured him that he needs to stop berating himself . There was no way she could have ever chosen Dhruv because there is noone better than him for her. Simple. His inferior complex sorted. He is already proving to her that she is priority by struggling and trying to get Dhruv back so that he can back out from the concert. he is not letting go of her .

It's as if people have taken punch as a form of symbolism and want Nandu to go kick someone. Need for her to play superhero.

He was down , she knew it was not her secret to tell. And they handled it beautifully.

@Zrn, Vk - Love how Nandini is being intimate with him. Thats healthy . She knows Manik values touch , he uses it to express himself and she did the same today . Whenever he is down , she is letting him know she is around . This girl was ok with the diwali , musicana kisses- so why will she shy away when they are both so together. Intimacy has always been consistent with their growth. Heck during Soha time, MAnik hugged her outside the college too when he came to know aobut Soha's intentions. He grabs her around, carries her all the time. But Nandini is damned.
