Alya isn't pregnant.

They won't show the same tracks especially when Navya is pregnant as well.

I think they would show a false alarm (many teens have sex and sometimes have a pregnancy scare) and maybe there's something else that's wrong with Alya. If it is a pregnancy scare then Dhruv and her have to TALK.

Also this is the girl who carries condoms around. Do you honestly expect her to get pregnant? Well... maybe. But I'm sure she's on birth control or something. I mean even Mukti is more active and she hasn't gotten pregnant yet.

Lol I made this post as soon as I saw it on TV so didn't think about this possibility...and I haven't checked any post but yes, you're right, in all possibility that could be the reason because as others have pointed out, it could be a false alarm as the issue could be due to some disorder.
