I have worked till now in 3 companies, first one I quit because it was all wrong for me, 2nd because I had reached my saturation point and wasn't advancing at all, n 3rd well i'm still working 😆
My previous companies wanted to keep me by giving me a higher pay, but that was going to be completely unfair to other dedicated employees, so I didn't accept.
Next my ex-bosses asked about my dedication n responsibilities to my projects, so I stayed a long time in doing proper handing over n training people for replacement! It was a risk but my duty also to them because they gave me a chance in my career, gave me their trust n shared their experience...
So morale of story it all depends on your principles, I couldn't leave them in lurch, so managed to ask my new boss for letting me enter a bit later, my new boss of course was pissed off because I started z job later due to my previous obligations n yet I got his respect because in his eyes I'm a reliable n truthful person!
Note that one always get what they deserve, I could have lost that job but didn't.

I am just stating my view here and please dont take it the wrong way 😳 Its a humble request.
Since u mentioned company I was tempted to speak about my experience too. I have stayed with the same company for a long long time and I still am (people consider me foolish 😆 but well I have my reasons) For the first 2-3 years of my career I got into a project where there was practically no work but me and my teammates were retained with the hope we may get new clients. Those are the years when u learn the most but we were made to sit idle and after that the whole tech team got disbanded. Our company sympathised with us n assured us we will get the kind of projects we want but that was far from it. Every other project refused to take us in coz we had more than 2+ years experience but on hands exp was very very less. After sometime I got a project but all I had to do was do mundane stuff that even a kid could do, forget an engineer. I couldn be grateful to the project that it took me in, not when I knew this would put me in deeper shit than I already was in. I had to force my manager to release me so that I could look for a diff project where I could learn and build my knowledge base which I couldn for last 3 yrs, Now in my current project I have been for almost 4 yrs, gained a lot of experience too and done some good work and got recognition as well. I was happy working for it and now the time has come for me to move on. They too understand and they will release me. I am defo not leaving them high and dry. I have given sufficient time to find a back up. And in a professional world no one is doing charity, neither the employee nor the employer. U r there for ur professional satisfaction and to make money. U make money, ur company makes money too. And believe me ur company makes 100 times more money than u do 😆 so who is the winner here?

Is Parth leaving them without a notice if he does? The role is stagnant. He is not able to grow as an actor. Maybe his new venture may be a hit or a flop but he is taking a risk which may or may not pay off. So he should be judged harshly for getting practical?

No offense taken, because people normally face different situations and not all situations can be compared!
I perfectly understand your pov, because I did say I left my 1st job for the same reason:)
N I'm also an engineer so I really know what the 1st 2 years mean, and I'd say you took z right decision based on your experience!
My point isn't if parth will go or not!
My point is this is the show business, n we all do invest a lot in this show, as a viewer I won't watch his future ventures because he can leave a show at any time! I'm a simple consumer and I'll only pay for what I want nah.
Different perspectives depending on which side you find yourself to be😆

Yes a lot is invested in show business but he is an actor too. If u take the show its run its course already. I literally finished watching 70 epi in less than a week 😆 coz I was so hooked to it but after that what did they show in next 100 epi? They are not even focusing on certain critical aspects like Manik's equation with Nyonika and his dad, Rishabh Dhruv connection. Its just meaningless Manan track which doesn make any sense, They are my current fav couple but looking at what happened in those 100 epi I hardly feel the connect So as an actor wont he be dissatisfied? Whats wrong if he is? As an actor shouldn't he grow too? Should he stick to a show just coz of the production house that makes money? They probably have nothing to lose coz they r here to make money but its he who needs to grow as an actor.

But u have a point too! I have not seen BFF, so I cannot comment. Donno if he is leaving or if the show may wrap up. So I will wait to see till the time he stays n then decide 😆 Yeah we all have our perspective n its good if we can voice them out 😳 n it makes it better when u know the person who is opposing u isn taking offense at ur views 😊

Games of thrones, like seriously i heard that the writer is very against selling the rights to produce movies/shows on his story to any individual!
so my take will be that lostboy wont get the rights, he'll try to do a modified copied version of this show, and after the fiasco of Fanaah( i'm not being biased here, i did try to watch a few episodes and🥱) i dont have much hope that they can carry such an epic show at all.
Mahabharat was different, and as different shows like Ashoka, MP or others, Games of thrones is a fantasy sci-fi story, and lets be fair till now indian shows/movies havent really given good sci-fi shows😊
Mahabharat wasnt a success based just on the sci-fi creatures they gave, it was a success because this is an important period for any indian culture, it relates to gods, deeds and many other things😊

I won't take offense because we all need to work for a living, and personal satisfaction is also important in a job.
That's why I did justify parth's right to leave😊

Now as a consumer, I pay for the channel and indirectly for this show, in fact we all contribute.
Anyway we can't do anything but wait. But definitely I'm nit gonna invest myself in another show of parth after ky2 if he leaves.
If he leaves, ky2 will end, and unfortunately there are many other people's jobs concerned here also...
Many things are at stake here, not only parth leaving or not.
So in that respect I'm gonna give a fair chance to the other casts members.

Well stated neutral view! Well as a consumer we have a right to watch what we want to! Thats completely our choice but its not fair to trouble the actor. Just because he interacts with his fans doesn mean we have the license to hound him. Its one thing to state views and its another to enforce it. Sometimes fan cross all their limits n invade celebrities personal space which is wrong!

Bang on post!!!
Agree with ur each and every word except that I knew Parth Santhaan before ky2 episode also 😆
I had seen him in an episode of yeh hai Aashiqui
And loved him so much that in minutes I took out all the information of him 😳
But it is not right to leave a show midway
Even in the previous show that I used to watch the actor left the show mid way but thankgod the show got finished with the main lead only
But I will be very disappointed if Parth leaves this show 😭
Parth should seriously read this post
Please post this on his insta or Twitter account 🥱
Hope the show will be completed with pani as manan 😊

I can safely n proudly say I never contributed to bashing or insulting anyone in ky2.
This is not z first show where a lead quit, so I know that once they decide nothing can change their mind!
So why even waste my time in pointlessly tweeting them😆
