Well we make a mistake of comparing actors commitment in western shows to that of Indian shows. There shows are seasonal & here it is not. Shows can run for 5 years. you cannot expect the actors to stay that long.
I have seen enough quitting dramas since the time of Sushant Singh Rajput. My frustration reached its peak with Barun's quitting drama. And I did bash the actor for leaving the show & it looked very unprofessional for me. But over time when I was getting over with this IPK hangover, I realised that it can be different from the way i think too. I reacted like that because i was an emotional fool then. Today i love manan the most. But still I will say no one can make an actor stay back. He/She has every right to choose what he wants. that is his freedom of choice. Yes some does want to be loyal to the PH but if others quit even that is their choice. It doesn't go with being professional or not. He was professional till he was manik. It might be that this role does not give him that satisfaction anymore & he wants to move on?
As viewers, yes we are frustrated, we want what we want, h may be disrespectful towards his work according to many. To each your own after all. We all desperately want him to stay back. We are all selfish for what we want.. We are humans after all. So are actors. They want what they want. Fans have no role to play here.

I also want to see Parth till the end of the show which must be June or July and want a happy ending of Manan with PaNi...

Totally agree with u. If Parth leaves the show, that's it! End of Manan and KY2 as well. Oh and someone replacing him as Manik would be a big Joke! He should stick till the end!
