What I feel is Genie...

That instead of this 'Hope depending on Hope' setup being about 'Whatever she wants I hope it comes True'... it might be that he too has HOPE... but which is weighed down by doubts... but her STRONG and UNWAVERING HOPE gives the strength to his HOPE to be ALIVE... its like sometimes we see leaders reinforcing their followers HOPE... by their HOPE... the followers believe in his HOPE because the Belief in the Leaders Ability translates to belief in their Hope...

Similarly Manik's Belief in Nandhini's inner strength translates to his Hope being reinforced by her Hope...

@A It's the same thing , in the end he wants true love for them and is just fearful so her hope gives him the courage to hope for the same. He is waiting for the day when he can embrace true love fully. Hope on Hope, or hope and Hope, like I said, earlier is an abstract notion , can be interpreted in any way you like. Her hope/positivity gives him courage to overcome his own fears and accept true love. Bas. Depends on individual perspective and how you interpret it.
