Manik kept looking at her beautiful face. She was looking down and tying that cloth on his hand and her hairs were disturbing her. So Manik raise his hand and tucked the strand of her hair behind her ear and started looking at her lovingly. Nandini looked up and saw Manik looking at her so lovingly. Manik was now cupping her face with his right hand. Nandini started blushing and kept her hand on his hand and tilted her head comfortably on his palm. Suddenly Manik realised what he was doing so he moved away from her and stood up. Nandini didn't know what was wrong with him. She became sad and then sat on the sofa. Manik turned back to see her sad face and he cursed himself for her sadness. Nandini was looking down and suddenly she started screaming. She stood up and was running here and there. Manik was looking at her running here and there and he smiled looking at her.

Manik: Nandini! What happened?

Nandini: Manik! There is a rat... aahhh...Manik.

Manik looked around and saw a rat there. He gave an angry look to Nandini who just scared the hell out of him by screaming. He just went near Nandini and held her shoulders. He pulled her closer and she stopped screaming and kept looking into his eyes.

Nandini: Manik..Wo rat..

Manik kept his finger on her lips and said: Shhh.. Don't scream. There is nothing to be scared of. OKAY?

Nandini: Hmm..

Manik moved his finger slowly tracing her upper lip. He moved away from her and sat on the sofa removing his jacket and closed his eyes.

Nandini sat beside him without saying a word. She knew that something was wrong with Manik but right now there was something else troubling him. She knew he was afraid of darkness. She got up and tied her hair up in a messy bun and removed her shrug exposing her bare back. She looked around and got a bucket and started putting pieces of paper and whatever stuff she could find insise it. She then tried to lit up fire and soon she succeeded. She got up and her back was facing Manik. Manik opened his eyes and saw the fire and smiled and then he saw Nandini's bare back. His eyes widened and he kept staring at her back and slowly went near her. He touched her bare back and his soft touch made Nandini weak in her knees. He started caressing her back slowly and moved his hand towards her shoulder and pulled her closer. He kissed her on her back closing his eyes. He placed many wet kissed on her whole back and then moved towards her shoulder and then her neck. She closed her eyes and moaned his name in pleasure. He sucked her neck and slowly moved upward and sucked her earlobe. She was going mad with his touch. She could feel his hot breath whenever he kissed her. His eyes were still closed and when he opened his eyes he suddenly moved back remembering about his decision. He said to himself," Damnit! Why can't I control myself. Why are you so irresistible Nandini!" He turned around and started walking towards the sofa but Nandini held his hand.

He turned around and saw Nandini nodding her head as if telling him not to leave. He kept looking at her and Nandini moved closer to him and soon they were standing facing each other. Nandini kept her right hand on his left arm and slowly moved her hand up to his shoulder and then moved her hand to his neck. She tiptoed and moved towards the other side of his neck and kissed him there. She sucked his neck lovingly keeping her other hand on his right shoulder. She kissed the corner of his sharp jawline and rubbed her lips on his face tracing his jawline and her lips were very close to his lips. She pecked on the corner of his lips and moved back and saw his surprised face. He was smiling a bit. Manik was surprised and very happy with this but then he remembered about Dhruv and pushed her away with a jerk. Nandini didn't understand his sudden reaction. She got angry now.

Nandini: What is wrong with you Manik? Why are you behaving like this with me? Ek second you romance with me and the next second you push me away.

She had tears while saying this and Manik was also hurt because he was the reason for her tears. He realised how selfish he was being. He just hugged her tight without thinking anymore. Nandini at first didn't hug him but slowly she also moved her hands up and hugged him tight. Manik had tears in his eyes and he smiled when she responded to his hug.

Manik: I can't stay away from you Nandini. Mai kitni bhi koshish karu I can't stay away from you.

Nandini smiled: I know that Manik. But who is telling you to stay away from me. And please tell me the reason behind this strange behaviour Manik.

Manik closed his eyes tightly and a tear drop fell on Nandini's back and she realised that he was crying. Nandini broke the hug and saw his teary eyes. Nandini kissed away his tears and then kissed his forehead. Manik was calm now and he made Nandini sit with him on the sofa. He was holding her tightly in his arms and her head was resting on his chest.

Manik: Nandini.

Nandini: hmmm..

Manik: I am sorry for behaving like this with you.

Nandini: It's okay Manik. I know there must be some reason behind it. And Manik if you don't want to share it then it is okay I can understand that if you are hiding something then there must be some reason for hiding it. Hai na?

Manik smiled: You know me so well Nandu!

Nandini: Yes because I am your wifey..

Manik: What??

Nandini: Haha.. Manik don't you remember?

Manik: What?

Nandini: You idiot! Tumhe yad nahi bachpan me tumne kya kaha tha?

Manik thought for a while and smirked: Nahi! I don't remember. Tum batao na.

Nandini: Okay I will remind you.

FLASHBACK

Little Manik and Nandini were sitting together in a room. There was some marraige function going on in their house. They were bored so they were sitting in a room playing together.

Manik: Angel, Mujhe tumse kuch puchna hai.

Nandini: Hmmm Manik. Pucho na.

Manik: What is the meaning of marraige?

Nandini tapped on his forehead: Aree buddhu! Jab 1 ladka aur 1 ladki ek dusre se pyaar karte hai tab wo shaadi karte hai to live their life together forever.

Manik: Ohh.. To live their life together forever? Matlab Humesha sath sath?

Nandini: Han.. Humesha.

Manik: Angel, I want to live with you forever. To hum bade hojayenge to you will not marry anyone else. You will marry me. Okay?

Nandini: Okay. We will live together Humesha.

Manik: Promise?

Nandini: Nandini promise.

She kissed his cheek and then he also kissed her cheek.

Manik: Now you are my wifey. But it's a secret so don't tell anyone.

Nandini: Okay.

End of flashback

Manik and Nandini were sitting on the sofa and both started laughing. After some time they both stopped laughing and were breathing heavily. Manik said to himself," I love You so much Nandini. How could I think about leaving you. I promise I will never ever leave you." Nandini said to herself," I love you so much Manik. And I again promise you that we will live together forever."

Meanwhile, Cabir was in his room when he realised that MaNan were still locked in the store room. He got up as soon as possible and rushed towards the store room. At the same time, Manik and Nandini were looking into each other's eyes lovingly. Then they got up and went towards the door trying to open it but they couldn't. So they both stood their looking at each other. Manik pulled her closer by holding her waist. He smirked and said," Let's complete our romance."

Manik moved closer to her lips and she also kept her hands around his neck and moved closer to his lips. They were just some inches away from each other's lips and suddenly the lights were on and Cabir entered the store room and saw them very close to each other.

Cabir: Shit! Wrong timing. You guys continue mai jata hu.

Manik and Nandini moved away and walked towards him. Nandini was blushing hard and Manik was angry.

Manik: Cabir! You locked us inside. Hai na?

Cabir: Woh.. han. Because you both were fighting and I had to do something. Waise agar lock karne ka ye result ho to mai tum dono ko roz hi lock kar du.

Nandini blushed and Manik gave an angry stare to Cabir even if he was happy with this.

Manik: Shut up Cabir! Now let's go.

They started going out when Manik stopped them. They both questioned him so he said he will be back and he went inside. He came back wearing his jacket and carrying Nandini's shrug in his hand.

Manik: Umm.. Nandini. Ye pehen lo.

Nandini smiled and took the shrug from his hand and wore it. They started walking and ManBir suggested to walk with Nandini towards her room and she happily agreed. While walking towards her room Cabir started teasing them.

Cabir: Aisa kya hot kar rahe the tum dono andar?

Manik: What?

Cabir: I mean tum dono ke kapde dekh kar aisa lag raha tha ki waha mausam bohot hot tha.

Manik: Shut up Cabir!

They reached Nandini's room while talking, teasing and laughing. Nandini was facing Manik and Cabir.

Nandini came near Manik and hugged him tightly and he also hugged her with equal force.

Nandini: Good Night Monster.

Manik: Good Night Angel.

They both smiled and broke the hug while Cabir was smling looking at them. Nandini then hugged Cabir and he also hugged her back.

Cabir: Good Night Jungli Billi.

Nandini: Good night Cabira!

They both smiled and broke the hug. Nandini went towards her room and then before going inside she turned back and gave a shy smile to Manik who was staring at her. He also smiled back and she went inside. Manik and Cabir then went to their room and dozed off after one more teasing session by Cabir.
