Harshad harrashed Nandini.
ManBir saved her.
Nandini was shattered .
ManBir were sad seeing upset Nandini.
ManBir helped her to heal her pain singing for her.
PART 6
After that Harshad fiasco ManBir were not ready to leave me alone. They started following me like shadow. Their this protective nature affected their practice. So I was bound to accompany them in their practice sessions.
The cultural events went well. ManBir's group performance impressed all who were invited . They congratulated Manik' s parent for having such a brilliant son. I was happy to see my besties happy.
Three days after the event.
IN SCHOOL
Harshad was not coming in school after tht incident and it seemed an advantage for me that I could breadth freely in class without any fear.
Our off period was going and boys were busy with their dude discussions and girls were with girls talk.
Mukti- "yaar I am so tired of practicing. Finally... finally it's over."
Navya-"hum toh yeh soch kar kush ho rahe hai ki kal hum ghar ja rahe hai kuch dino k liye . Principal sir ne humari chutti manjur kar li "
Nandini- "tum ghar ja rahi ho. ? But why. ? Ohhh I remembered ur grand ma isn't well right. ?"
Navya-" hmm... bus mata rani jaldi se unhe thk kar de aur hum SPACE wapas aa jaye"
Mukti-"are you mad .? When all of us searching reasons to be out of SPACE and u wanted to land soon in SPACE. Whats d matter girl.? Studying or..."
Nandini - " romancing. "
and all were started laughing.
Navya(shying)-"aree aree it's not like that. Hum Cabir k liye Thori hi bol rahe hai..."
"Awaaa.. but We were not mentioning 'Cabir' !!!! " we awwe in unison.
Mukti-"par Navya do u really like Cabir? He tho even do nt give u any attaintion "
Aliya-"as like me"
Aliya was silent during the whole conversation.
Nandini-"like me??? What was tht. ?"
Aliya-"like I am after Manik and he even doesn't acknowledge me but as group member only"
Mukti-"but Aliya don't you thnk it's high tym . and u should tell Manik about ur feelings"
Aliya-" but Mukti. ..."
Navya-"aree aree , Nandini hai na she will help u. Right Nandini. ?"
I was just listening their convo n observing Aliya.
Nandini-"Me?? Ummm okk. I will help . But do u really love him. ?"
Aliya -"yes I do".
I did not know why but that time I felt to help her.
Mukti - " okk then done. No more discussion Nandini is gonna help ..."
"Nandini is gonna help... whom n what ?" Cabir n manik came and sat beside me.
Mukti - " I was saying that nandini is going to help Navya to get u cabir. "
Navya strarted blushing and soon left saying " Mukti yeh tum kya kaj rahi ho. ?"
Cabir -"Who ?? Cabir ?? Me and that Madhubala. .Navya. . Chi man. Yeh sunne se pahle mujhe upper kun nehi utha liya bhagwan. ?"
Nandini - " yeh shut up dramebaaz. Kya galat kaha Mukti ne.. she really likes you buddy . At least try to be friends with her."
Cabir-"dude she is gonna in sane. I will soon be mad if I will stay here any more . So I am hungry n going to canteen . U need anything Nandu ?"
Nandini - " Ummm one..."
Manik-" one choco vanilla black forest pastry and cold coffee but less suger. Right Nandu. ? "
I smiled at him. He knew every little like n dislike of mine.
Cabir-"yaapp and anything for u girls. ?"
Before they could say anything Cabir left .
Mukti-"awaa that's really cute Manik. Tujhe Nandini k har choice k bare me pata hai. "
Manik-" best friends after all. " and he wrapped his hand around my shoulder in a quite habitual manner.
Aliya-"really Manik. U r very cute"
Manik-(questioning eyes) sorry. ?.?
Aliya-"I mean it's cute that u r concerned about ur friends"
Manik-"not friends Aliya but best friend" saying this he hugged me in a friendly loving gesture.
Seeing our love care Aliya bcm sad or jealous !! So I ve decided to take the match makers job.
IN CAR TOWARDS HOME
Nandini -"Manik u knw na Aliya likes u"
Manik-"So what. I don't like her"
"But I think u should give her a chance"
Cabir - " really Nandu??"
Manik- "but why should I ? I Dnt like her. I mean Yahh she is nice but that kind of 'Like I don't think so"
I could see the thoughtful face of Manik through the mirror sitting back seat of the car.
Nandini- "Per.. whats wrong with a one try ?"
Cabir-- " yaar manik tere office building me ek room khali milega kya? Actually oh humari Nandu match making ka business start kari hai to room chahiye office khol ne k liye. " and they started laughing like idiots.
Nandini- " Cabir I am serious.. but u guys. .. disgusting" I pout in anger and turned my face out to the window.
Manik- "Okk okk I will try to be friend with her but only for you .Now happy? " Manik could bear evry thing but my sadden face.
Hearing this I happily hug is neck from back.
NEXT DAY COLLEGE
As per the promise Manik tried hard to prepare himself to be friends with Aliya in that 'Liking' sense.
Then After few days, one fine morning Aliya herself proposed Manik and he politely answered "look Aliya thanks for ur proposal but I still don't have that kinda feelings for u. Though I like u but as a friend. And may be one day tht like turned into to love. So plzz don't raise ur hopes high for now at least. "
Aliya was happy that at least he has accepted her saying he likes her. That was enough for her as she was awaiting for this since 4 years.

By d way the script writer of Manik's such a honest speech was me. I was literally instigated him to accept her.

Some more days passed..
Now Aliya n Manik were couple according to the whole class. But Manik still did not feel her in that liking way but bcz of me he accepted the tag. We still sit together in class but now Aliya was always sticked with Manik. Some time I really felt she was kind a sticky voda phone puppy girl. Where ever Manik goes she follows. Cabir toh had already named her as 'favicol'.
AFTER TWO DAYS,,, MY PLACE
"Thank god aunty u r taking this joker with u at least we will get some break from his comedy show. "
I told aunty as she was going to attend her niece's wedding for four days and she was taking Cabir along with her.
"Whohh woh look who is talking break from my comedy show!!! Aree u will break into tears like sasn bahu serials missing me" Cabir replied
Nandini "Like seriously! ! I m not going to miss u"
Manik - "And I second that. We r not gonna miss u even we r happy that we will get some peace. right Nandu?. "
Cabir - " let's go mom. Dost dost na raha... " and he playfully wiped his tears.
Manik -"Chup kar Kamine. Ph whtsapp fb har site me linked rahenge 24*7."
Nandini- "Dramebaaz we will miss u lot"
We knew we would miss him coz we three were inseparable. We were all for one and one for all best friends forever.
And we shared a group hug...
PRECAP- Aliya favicol's sticky nature irritates Nandini. Aliya Nandini little confrontation.
