Honestly, try and be alittle objective in Nandini case.
Look at it from HER point of view.
Manik gave her VINEGAR last night. There is NO justification for that, yes he came round to her BUT ONLY after she texted him. And yes he did make amends for her.
She DOESN'T know it's a set up by Nyonika. Manik came in being an arrogant gadha with Nyonika behind him. WHAT DOES NANDINI THINK ABOUT THAT? He keeps saying he will hurt her, so yes she is spot on when she says "I don't want you to jeopardise your music" she doesn't want him to hurt both of them with their music because they MIGHT not recover from it like the vinegar instance.
The only thing I found alittle odd was her cutting the guitar strap but I get in what context she did that. She is still SHINING for him, protecting him, because she doesn't want him HURT in the process on hurting her!
Honestly, if you are going to rake Nandini over coals, well then rake Manik over coals for the vinegar drink and for not ONCE listening to Nandini. Manik's love is extreme, he needs to find middle ground and Nandini is trying VERY hard to get him on his best side BUT NOT at the expense of hurting eachother.

And the saga continues...:)
I have muted her out for now.
Best strategy.
The Man is enough to keep the entertainment value going.
Plus Him and TK...
Oh yes!
Anyway Teacher Nnadini totally paled out in front of these two.
So there. She can continue playing teacher-teacher-lecture-lecture.
In mute.

Diva, I don't believe it's raking anyone over anything.
Believe me you, a good love story is what we are here for.
But a love story needs two strong intense people here.
that has just about gone for a toss.

Who ever is writing her dialogue is not doing a good job.
Or who ever is shaping her character is not doing a good job.
Or she is just able to deliver the intensity and depth needed.
The point is, it's coming out shaky and very inconsistent.
Even though it's just a fiction, art imitating life and life imitating art shall always happen.
A little more veracity in Nandini's character is needed.
Just a view point.

peace out...:)

What I am saying is that some people today on the forum have really disappointed me. Yes Nandini isn't able to see through the monster faade but Manik doesn't help issues either. We as audiences know what is going on in Manik's mind, we know it's a set up by Nyonika but Nandini doesn't know that. I didn't like how Nandini cut the guitar strap but I understand why she did that. Just like I understand why Manik gave the vinegar drink. Both are on a learning curve and we should be alittle more objective and tolerant when it comes to viewing Manan.
Ia gree about the intensity and depth, I think the director fail to execute the right level of delivery from Niti today. Instead of angry, she should have been more calm.

Agree.
Won't waste breath justifying her nonsense so FF her for now.

This Nandini, I cannot relate to...petty, selfish and unreasonable. I've lost all respect for, her after her strap cutting nonsense. There is no justification for it so won't even bother with it. She clearly does not understand Manik and is no match for his depth of feelings for her. Completely disappointed in her and disconnected with her character... which is sad since it takes away from MaNan magic but so be it.

totally true. i wrote somewhere, i am not against nandani, i am just against her behavior. and if nandani loses her charm Manan is gone for good, which i dont want at all.

but for this nandani, all i can say is, she doesnt deserve manik and his love. or for the adversaries, manik doesnt deserve this nandani.

wah kya din aa gayay hain, now i am excited about two men ... o boy .. i am dead.

Ok explain to me, when did Nandini say Manik is not fit to perform in the concert? When did she said that? Because clearly you wrote that in you first post. She said to him "I don't want you to jeopardise your music" Why? because he has stated to her so many times that he is out to hurt her. He never made any interest in classical music, she knows he has a problem with the pandit..that blood scene, so why would Manik want to train under him? Hence that is why she confronted him. Did Manik clear her doubt? Did he once tell her about Nyonika? No, just flirted with her and got out of the way without answering her.
And when he came in the music room, he started jamming jotting her to his presence. Yes I found it really odd and childish that she cut the guitar trap but this is Nandini! She always did that with Manik. She threw coke over Manik's head after he threw it over Shahid, to make him listen. She wasn't being selfish and mean to Manik! She just didn't want him jeopardising his music. She is protecting him because he will hurt her and hurt himself in the process..self-destructive mode and she is still protecting him. Yes, I think she should have let him perform but I understood her point of view.

and i agree. we are here for Manan and their love has brought us together. we have seen the best of manik after he fell for nandini and for that i will forgive and forget everything. but life is a scenario and media plays a powerful role in that. we are attached to the people we see in the drama, and we think like them and for them. so we have a right to stand for what we like and dislike.

I have to say, Manik gave nandini the vinegar but didnt let him drink it alone, he drank it too. Are we understanding something from this. he is destructive, but with nandini, he might be destructive, but he will face the destruction first. how difficult is it to see his love in there.

than he brings ice cream for her, though he was hurting equally bad, but he got ice cream for her, and she ate it, offered him a bite when she saw him looking at her and wthen lectured and walk away. what in the World is going on. this is not love. she doesnt love him. had she loved him, she would have forced him to eat the whole bucket. ghussay say ya pyar say, she would have ... she should have. but no, her lectures are more important to her.. mommy role is more important to her. i cant even call her mommy in that scene, because when your child hurts, the first thing that comes to your mind is not lecture, but remedy ... bring the child at peace, out of pain.

so what role is she playing? a selfish, egoistic, i-am-always-right nandani. thats all.

thats my POV. no offence.
