Yes its true that Nandini gave him a hard time...did not accept his apologies...and that now he will do the same and ultimately accept her apologies..So that loop will be closed as well! And with that Manik will also understand Nandini in a better way! But another truth is also that these two never really had a blind trust on each other...one misunderstanding, and they are both ready to end everything and move on...when will they both try to understand each other? And not take decisions in a haste?

Not necessarily...this hasn't always been about HER reassuring HIM...what of the fireflies he gave her? And the promises he made for that date (dumb as they were😆) but still kept?

His "You were supposed to SHINE for me dammit" was a parallel to Nandu's, "You were supposed to TRUST me so that we could work through the Dhruv thing together"

In general though, Manik's love has always been more possessive and obsessive in nature...so for him to expect that of her is in character...Nandu willingly chose to go into this very much aware of all this...she still chose to be the one to shine for him cuz that is who she is...she set that expectation to BEGIN with even before he asked...he toh took her word for it and ran with it😆

Manik lives in grey...not Nandhini though...atleast she has never given us a reason to think otherwise till now...

I still stick by it , he is all good , his intent is always a noble one.His defense or his greys' in his actions are part of his defense mechanism .

On Nandini she is like I always say the narrator , we don't know her enough beside her role around Manik to categorize her behavior. She has issues big red flags for me which are not good like how she takes all the burden on herself, guilt trips herself and how she takes things on face . Her issues are more subdued.

She is a regular normal girl , her this moment of confusion about Manik going to the rage as much as we debate made her commit a mistake , she took everything on face value didn't ponder , we explain it by understanding her dilemma while for Manik's anger is driven by his anger.

Nandini when drunk was laughing and mocking Navya , a sober Nandu won't have done that,that was humanizing for me , if she doesn't have a grey shade in her she won;t be real or relatable ever.

Think Manik just him, his childhood, life till now and his actions. You would see that this buy hasn't lived for himself ever. His anger, happiness has always been for others. His goodness shouldn't be a factor or be weighed in with Nandini's . Both are different yet equally profound.
