The problem began when in comparison to his flaws he began seeing Nandini as the perfect perfect person with no flaws. His light, his star. The right one. And not even that, but the fact that Manik began expecting too much without communicating too much.

But that's also understandable because Manik never really communicated before, ever. With Nandini, very slowly, he finally began to, also because Nandini didn't let him hide anymore. The problem is that having never communicated, he didn't realize, the extent of the need of true communication. The burdens kept piling, on him and her, it was bound to happen somewhere. Now that Manik wants to return to darkness, he'll actually realize, that it no more has the same allure. That it maybe accepting and sympathetic and safe but it's also cruel, empty, lusterless and not him anymore. The pieces where he fit so perfectly before, they won't let him fit anymore. Ultimately he'll find his way back to light because darkness then would slowly cease to even be a choice.

Exactly! That proves one thing that she still lacks a lot of trust in him. Didn't I predict that she will recollect how once Manik has tried killing Harshad and that mystery wasn't solved whether Manik would have actually killed him or saved him at the right time.? Now it made sense as to why she said she doesn't know and that she is confused. Sometimes being so honest can harm things around. She didn't have to lie and she could have twisted the words to be in favor of him. But she didn't get enough time to think about how she was manipulated by the video. She has the ability to come up with solutions but this time she failed her efforts, specially when Manik needed her the most and the way he put all his trust in her. It's sad!

Lets see how Nandini plans to restore the trust back as its extremely crucial to MaNan's relationship. Things will be a LOT different now cuz MaNan won't be the same. Looking for some good intense confrontation between them.

I won't say she lacks trust in him...I'd say it's more that she still doesn't fully know what he is capable of in impulse/anger...she doesn't fully understand his Monster side...she jumped on to TAMING that Monster side without fully understanding it.

Manik is an overwhelming personality by nature...He is overwhelming in his love, overwhelming in his hate...Nandu has seen both sides of his...and being told that his love for her is unlike anything he has displayed before...that unsettled her...she, the ever brave and strong Nandu, for once wasn't fully sure how to HANDLE the fact that someone could love her SO much that he could do anything (good or bad) for her...this is what she was TOLD...and that coupled with valid incidents from the past made her doubtful...I understand that.


Manik for his part has a "just deal with it" attitude regarding his impulsive nature...he's never been the type to give explanations to anyone, even Nandini for what he does in impulse...since he is used to handling things as he sees fit...and that added to this issue...


I think Nandu will cry for a few epis and then probably see some clue/hint from him regarding the fact that he hasn't managed to really harden his heart against her...that will probably keep her going and give her the strength to keep the faith.


She will wait...just like she said in today's epi..."Woh aayega...and Manik, I will wait for you"...this is Nandu's waiting period and her faith will be rewarded in the end I guess.
