You knw so many times I hd watched manik bullying navya and nandu so I cn see d diff and yeah there is a diff if u see.
With both of d girls he invade their personal space so they cn retreat bck bt d diff is with navya he allowed her to step bck to run away frm him due to fear bt with nandu he didnt when she retreat bck he pull her again.
With both the girls he bend his head towards them to see properly the fear in their eyes.
With navya his eyes r always on her eyes just like a predator's eyes r on their prey bt with nandu every nw and then his eyes r shown downcast and he cn found staring at her lips.
He used to hit their heads with his hands touch their hairs to make them cringe.
Bt only with nandu he waited to see her expression and smtms he does enjoy her hairs smoothnes bt he is nt going to admit that.
You knw I hv always watched how he treat other girls in his life and nandu diff. Its kind of fascinating.
And yeah manik malhotra is a complex character.

You pointed out all the things Manik's feels when it comes to Nandini.

Few things which I would like to add or say, if you don't mind.

When they were harassing Navya and Nandini stood up to them, that is when he "noticed" her... While everyone shies away from then and scared of them, no one stands up to them, even when they are being harassed themselves, here she was, standing up for her friend.

She was scared of them, no doubt, yet she put her friendship over her fear. He might have felt a connection there, because that is how he is, isn't it? He would do anything for his friend too!

And the punch! that was another thing which made him "notice" her. He has been bullying her all day for the pen, she took it. For her father's pen. He pushed her to breaking point when he broke that pen and he knew it. He did not get the expected reaction from her though. Instead of being broken and very much in tears, she roared back. When pushed into a corner, she pushed back. In front if the entire college, she punched him. Where none of them even dare speak loudly in front of him, she punched him.

Thereon, he tries to push her to the extreme, and every time she snaps back at him. He bears the brunt of her anger. He wants to see her getting back at him and getting angry at him. He purposely seeks her out to rile her and see her anger. And when he doesn't get the expected reaction from her, he instantly knows something is wrong. Just before the mud-scene, she is confused about him and when he tries make her angry, she does not react as expected. Then, we can see him being concerned for her. She just have to tell him what's wrong and he is ready to take that away from her.

I wrote more than I expected to write... 😳

👏👍🏼 To the point!!! Yes, he was waiting for her to break and give up at some point so that he too can stop himself from doing anything more... And everytime he tried something to close down their business it only grew on and on and lead to something else... In his own words "like one thing lead to another" and it never seemed to be ending... Their togetherness can never be dull and will always be eventful... Only thing I want is that every event of their togetherness to be as awesome as before without any stale moments... And they be as evolving as ever...
