When you think of it, it was such a simple thing. She needed to ask him her question and he would've told her. If only she voiced her true insecurities, made him privy to the demons that haunted her.

But no. Nandini Murthy chose logic. She derived her own conclusion from her own observations and chose to walk away. Easy right? Not.

If only she would havr asked him this question before. If it was between your friends and me, who would you choose?
Even today, she asked him that question but never bothered to know the reason. If only she had asked him, Why? She didn't. He made her.

Today Manik Malhotra shone like her firefly. He gave her light through his words and compelled her to stay. To defy all her logic and embrace the love. To stop drawing inferences based on her own assumptions. To weigh in the love into this logical equation. Because when love comes into the picture, it outweighs all other insecurites.

Today for me belonged to MaNan but more so to Manik Malhotra. That guy has come such a long way. From the 'monster' to the 'protector who needs to be protected'.
