Zain (Abhimanyu) once said in an interview that his character is similar to the movie "The fault in our stars and Kal ho na Ho,May be he is a cancer survivor or is a cancer patient.And that's the reason why he was called in the rehab the other day, to share his experience with others.Also, in one scene of his he was shown with cancer patients.
Ps-I don't want him to die , he's such an adorable character.
