He did , but I feel at times even Manik thinks of himself as Raghav, like yesterday when he was trying to berate R's love , he almost stopped and realized the similarities.
Cabir will be our voice on the show, he will see the chaos and mess Baba is creating , will try injecting sense and hopefully be there for Nandini. Because right now only he can help her and vice-versa.

I like how he never beats around the bush or throws shades for long -- Like, even when he is being subtle, he is straightforward about it. He did ask baba 'Do you like her?' in front of everyone na ...
And I am just happy that he let Baba know that he is not fooling at least him by the stupidity ... Is he really trying to lie to him about love? Manik acts just like Cabir used to act whenever someone asked him about his lover ... Of course he would notice ... Baba you be the biggest duffer EVER!

YOU BOTH! 🤗
You've said it all. I would have never thought that Cabir would play such an integral part in MaNan's relationship but his growth as a character, as a member of Fab5, and the friendship he shares with Manik has been so subtle and very nicely show - Not forced or in your face like. He is our Voice, Genie - because he can see exactly through Manik and his facade. The moment the conversation stirs to Nandani, all Cabir does is decipher Baba. And, Baba goes all flustered, looking here and there, and rambling. Oh deep shit, that is right!
"Himat nahin thi, toh phir pyaar kyun kiya" - THAT REALIZATION that dawns upon Manik as soon as he says this. He doesnt like Raghav and all that he brings with him, its clear, yet he knows exactly that he is just like Raghav at this point, and that makes him hate himself even more. Mischievious, you said it right, a hypocrite...
For any of this to go ahead...Manik is going to have to first learn to love himself, accept himself, and fight for what he deserves...be it trust, respect or faith...The moment he falls down on his knees, Nandani will there with him...to get him back up again and never let him go.
