Indeed it was a one-sided relationship and true that Alya was more of a friend to Manik than his lover, but that exactly is my issue. Manik won't announce their breakup to the group, so is it not another way of giving Alya false hope? Since we've been talking about false hope, it's Manik's closed off behaviour that has given false hope to Alya which would have been partly solved with a discussion and Manik could not have been blamed for anything. But Manik, he has dealt with this breakup in a wrong way from the beginning. Manik, if indeed was hurt, never revealed it, so I cannot know. It was more of a disbelief than hurt from his side. Also, since you speak of emotional closeness, that really doesn't give Manik the right to behave the way he has especially because Alya was also a friend. Their relationship was meant to be broken, sooner or later, I am not questioning that at all. I am questioning his consequent behaviour.

Anyway, like I said, lets just agree to disagree in this case because I for one, cannot condone Manik's behaviour in this. I love him, but he is wrong in this IMO. I have tried to justify Randhir's behaviour once, never doing it for another hero again. That just comes to bite me back lol.

I love how you all are respecting differing views and giving out your view point on them rather than shove down what you think is right..

Catty - MTV waale are playing chupa choopi. Its still on their official Youtube channel, lekin for some reason it disappeared on their mtv official website. I ended up downloading half the episodeee - what crap.
