Because he refuses to explain himself. If she's indeed getting over Manik, then she owes it to Dhruv and not Manik or his behaviour in any way.

To be honest, Alya was never emotionally close to Manik. Whenever Manik had issues, Alya actually said herself that only Dhruv can get through to him, when it should have been the GF. In addition, I also think Alya sending those goons really showed Manik how much the relationship was dead. Like I said before, it was a one sided relationship, Alya was in love with the idea of Manik, because when Manik said "Alya, exactly you have known me for 7 years" told me everything about how both had different notions about eachother. What I'm saying is that I think I can understand why Manik is behaving like that, he may also be hurt deep down as to how Alya can even do that..didn't she ever know him?

I'm sure Manik will trust Nandu but for him it's essential to keep fab5 together mainly because it's made up of broken souls and they need each other. Manik was completely in character when he got so confrontational with Raghav despite getting a subtle reminder from Nandu. He kept his body language suspicious thereby allowing Harshad the realisation of suspicion. Oh I don't know am not thinking straight just down...
