Sweetie, I am so glad to see that you care so deeply out of the realm of this show and you are trying to make people realize how much unpleasantness and bitterness hatred can bring about—I am with you dear!!!!

Hatred has never done any good to anybody. Hence, I have also always asked people to 'love loving and hate hating.' I can imagine that many of us must dislike Prithvi and Kripa's actions, but HATRED is too strong a word to implement in our minds. Tell me something…what would you guys get by hating their characters? Indeed, it will only cause us to be angry towards the show and its characters. Instead of enjoying the passionate love between A-K, we will criticize their acting.

Sometimes people don't realize that shows can influence our thoughts, but we should NOT allow our minds to listen! Watch a show for entertainment purpose, as an experience to even learn something, but NEVER to grasp the negative emotions such as frustration, anger, dislike, or Hatred!!! Don't get annoyed over a show like this…for remember "For every minute you are angry, you loose sixty seconds of HAPPINESS."

Why create bitterness for characters that we have never truly known—in this show: Prithvi, Naina, or Kartik? Each individual is assigned to act in a certain role and even they deserve some credit. I would say it's ok to criticize their "personality in the show" but not their actual self. I certainly hope no one is being offended here. Sometimes we are too quick to judge and don't take time to understand.

Every show has its ups and downs—some we like and get excited about and others, which we don't tend to enjoy as much! "Time you enjoyed wasting is not wasted time."—so if you enjoy watching, continue to do so!!! Every so often, we just have to wait for precious moments to return—after all patience is the art of hoping!

Look within to see what is worth seeing for "Bad thoughts are the worst source of pollution in the atmosphere." I am just agreeing with Nits to allow you guys to perceive your emotions. Please guys don't mind me saying all this—I only mean to help!

Sweetie, I totally comprehend your feelings towards the character portrayal. See the thing is hatred has never shown our heart a way to lead anywhere. Indeed if we store hatred, we tend to ignore the realities and just form judgments against them. Agreed that they do wrong and hence they will be punished for their sins/acts (I am not only talking about this show). But what would you get by creating hatred in your mind and heart for them? Wouldn't that make you wrong in some ways as well? Now, I would like to ask you something...has two wrongs ever made anything right??? Just think about it.

To me hatred is such a strong emotion, which can only make us bitter towards life. We never have to love—as you called "beasts or inhuman" but can't we ignore them if we can't forgive them. Why take the support of hatred? We don't have to be God if we have capacity to forgive…it's a great accomplishment if we can even try to be a great human being first! I hope you understand what I am trying to convey. Sweetie, please don't take anything personally …all I am trying to do is show you insight towards another perspective. I would love to hear your response dear!

but i agree with nitoo....hate is too stong a word than how it sounds ...i know one thing that in real life i just cannot bring myself to hate someone...thats just not possible with me...
and i also bel;ieve nobody can be so bad that he/she deserves to be hated...
coz hatered will only bring negetivity in u yourself...

Hatred ever kills, love never dies. Such is the vast difference between the two. What is obtained by love is retained for all time. What is obtained by hatred proves a burden in reality for it increases hatred.
so be careful before u hate anything ...anyone coz... u will burden yourself

as for angad and kripa ./..i have no clue whtas so wrong with them that we shud hate them ...i see faults ...or say shortcomings ...or may be circumstances....but nothing worth hatred...

ok... my humble take ....

I dislike the characters for falling prey to their 'mortality' ever so often & so dramatically (moreso in Ekta's case (the reverse DDLJ scene on Angad being a recent case in point .....aaarrrghhhhh cant he figure this shabby, oh-so-flimsy-trap out??? Seriously, angad I gave u too much credit).... But mortality it is : weaknesses, falling prey to traps, disillusionment are all part of the package of being human and I guess this is what is being portrayed.

I dont HATE them...although I am emotional abt these characters and what they do (in most cases I get ticked off when they DONT do something, like THINK and THINK logically at that) But On the other hadn, if they didnt do all these things

A) The serial wouldnt move further ( eeeekkk...)

B) The characters would be gods then wouldnt they??? (But wait a minute that doesnt excuse them either coz even the greek gods of yore were'nt immune to these weaknesses...)

But I digress....anyway, like I said, HATE is too strong a word... like dinks said these are fictional characters ( though I admit that I do forget this at times & my posts reflect these amensiac periods ... but hey I am human too!!)

Can somewhat understand what you are saying.

Ins't there a difference - you are talking about anger directed at a situation which leads to action to make it better whereas we are talking about anger directed at people which results in venting of frustration but still the end result does not leave you with a sense of peace inside you unless you take an action away from it so it does not end up being an emotion that you felt.
