No was not talking about KYPH. Now do not lock this post on me 😆 😆 (will find a way at the end to link to KYPH 😉 )
Yeah, I agree the humiliation that you felt motivated you to excel to achieve your best. And whenever you remember back to that humiliation in any situation you will always excel. The end result gave you a feeling of achievement but the path to that goal was troubled and not peaceful.
If your experience had not been one of humiliation but one which said - you have an inner potential that is much more vast than what you have shown here. I have faith in your ability. You would probably have achieved the same result of excellence and you would have been able to repeat the same experience and achieve the same result but with a peaceful heart and your self-confidence intact. So the experience I hope you take away from this is not your humiliation that made you achieve more but your potential and confidence in your potential.
True anger at situation and anger at person are linked because person creates the situation. When you stop the anger at the person than you can only have blame and perhaps no action and no peace that is the only difference.
So being angry at a-k will achieve restlessness and no peace. (know you are not angry but had to link to kyph 😆 😆 😆 )
Shree Karishna in the Gita also speaks against feeling hatred as an emotion and that does not deter him from advising Arjun to fight injustice against his brothers. That is his dharam - so dharam can be achieved without going through anger. 😃
