Nannu this one is for you because you posted an important topic and it got closed. Also, wanted to have my say and vote in your poll.
I listened to Apoorva's interview after I saw your post. Would have voted for Apoorva. Yeah he does come across as a humble and sincere person. Have watched some episodes of JJKN - maybe will download and watch some of the other episodes - the romantic ones 😃
Now that everyone is speaking their mind, would like to add what I think too.
Must say that when I started watching KYPH, I really loved IQ and his acting. Then when I came to this forum, saw all the hate posts that were posted by Sneha towards Neha - she had even written bad reviews on her on mouthshut.com under a different name. I lost all respect for Iqbal there and then. Wondered if he supported his girlfriend in her vendetta against Neha. When he spoke about his girlfriend very often during his interviews and never even mentioned Neha it became apparent what the two of them thought of Neha.
Inspite of all this, Neha never ever bad mouthed Iqbal, neither was she sugary sweet about him - she very untactfully also mentioned what she did not like about him - but never was she mean. That together with her happy go lucky nature won me over as her fan. More than an actress, my respect grew for her as a human being.
Iqbal is a good actor - is very talented and works very hard at making it in this difficult industry. He portrays Angad very well. Cannot see anyone else in this role. He probably feels indebted to Sneha for supporting her in times when he was a nobody. Also, he does not seem very netsavvy and probably relies a lot on Sneha to help him out. So, can understand why he supports her. And also, if they love each other then that should be a private matter I believe. He should acknowledge his love for her but he seems to have to do that publicly over and over again to reassure Sneha that he loves her.
In doing so he is forgetting about his fans and is forgetting to acknowledge his co-star and their on-screen chemistry that made him so popular. He shines as Angad not only because of his acting but also because of his on screen chemistry with Neha.
As a woman I feel for Sneha, she is fell in love with an actor. That must require you to have different qualities than loving an ordinary person. If she could have it she would want Iqbal's popularity and success not to be linked to Neha at all. But fate would not have it otherwise.
Yeah, however career orientated and modern that we woman folk are or become, when we fall in love we loose ourselves and our identity for the one we love. Take care Sneha.
But for me since the interviews Iqbal and Neha gave, I am more in love with Angad the character and Neha the actress. I am an ardent fan of KYPH because of these two.
