hey guys i saw this interview . its old 1 bt nice.
this interview if from g8 magazine:


GR8! :"Your first reaction when you came to know that you have to romance each-other, strangers that you were?"

IQBAL :"No, I didn't know her ...but that didn't matter as an actor, when it comes to your profession, it doesn't matter who you are with .The only problem first time I met her was when I saw her, I thought there was a lot of height difference."

NEHA:" Even I thought I would have to work with the ladder.

GR8!:" So, how did you overcome that?"

IQBAL: "She stands on a patiya(stool)."

NEHA: "Thanks for embarassing me....I am happy with my height...you are extra tall....what can I do?"

IQBAL :" Why,I'm normal. I am 6ft."

NEHA : " Even I am normal...5'4 and a half.When I first came to know that I am cast against him, he was in a different kind of get-up- weird goatee, spiked and gelled purple hair , three ear-rings, four chains,more like a punk than a rockstar."

IQBAL : " Quite like Bappi Lahiri..."

NEHA : " How could they make him look so weird?"

IQBAL : " Finally, they changed my look."

NEHA : " Thank God, It's more normal."

GR8 : " When did you warm up to each-other?"

IQBAL : "We started with the title sequence first, in Mahabaleshwar, that's the time when we were only shooting and we got a lot of time together , we were eating together, no choice but to interact! Otherwise, I don't open up to people as soon as I meet them - some people call me snob."

NEHA : " My permanent name is "BRAT".


GR8! : " Your first shot together?"

IQBAL : " It was in Mahabaleshwar where we were totally in character , the scene in which she is typically the small-town girl and I'm a rockstar brat , it was about the signature step that we are quite used to now.I was supposed to hold her and get her down."

NEHA : "The title Montage shot."

GR8!:" In that you seem have to have perfect chemistry."

IQBAL : " We must be fabulous actors."

GR8 : " Your first romantic scene ?"

NEHA : " Jacket?...you said only one word."

IQBAL : "That wasn't a romantic scene!And i am supposed to be drunk in that.No way, that's not a romantic shot."

NEHA : " There's a lot of romance in the air because I - no, Kripa is in love with him , she's got to pinch herself that she is actually meeting him for the first time."

IQBAL : "The first romantic scene was when we were on the bike in Goa, it was raining, it was shot by Jeetu Arora with whom we have great comfort level.It was the first time Kripa meets Angad in the Outhouse.It was a natural scene where two young people meet and they know they have a liking for each-other.It was a little bit of naughtiness and shyness.There was a lot of contrast between the two- Angad is more open, Kripa is more shy."

GR8 : " One thing you like about each-other?"

IQBAL : "Mmmmmm...I like the car!hahaahaa..she's very friendly."

NEHA : "O, I am abig brat and I know that, don't I know that?And what I really like about him is his patience and I'm a very impatient person.If he could just lend me 10% of his patience, I'll be really happy."
GR8! : "One thing you dislike about each-other?"

IQBAL : "Dhyaan se jawaab dena.Roz milna padta hai...!"

NEHA : " He doesn't eat veg food that I love - he is forever eating non-veg khana.I've a habit of digging into othetr people's khaan but he never eats veg food."

IQBAL : "Nazar lagi hai mujhe issi ki, I tell you! I was in the hospital because of the stomach problem.One thing I don't like about her is that she is a vegetarian! Ha!"

NEHA : "Cm'on! Be serious yaar! Tell her frankly waht you've told me so many times...!"

IQBAL : "I hate her weird ring-tones...."

NEHA : " These are punjabi bidaayi songs...how emotional can I be in life..."

IQBAL : "Mmmmmmmmmm...O , ya. She drives like a mad woman, as if there's no one on the road.Words like the rear-view mirror, side-view mirror do not exist in her dictionary.And when I tell her to be careful, she says, Abhi tak to kucch nahiin hua na..."


GR8! : "Your take on flirtation?"

IQBAL : "I'm not very direct...I have to think 100 times before I can do it.And If I do it, most of the times I think that someone's gonna slap me.Maybe in college days but generally I am pretty boring."

NEHA : "I wish I could be flirtatious! There is nothing wrong with it.And I admire people who can...it's an art."

GR8! : "Live-in relationship?"

IQBAL : "I'm from Srinagar and it's a small town. You have these roots fixed. the opening for me has been gradual .I personally wouldn't go in for a live-in relationship.But I don't think it's wrong."

NEHA : "I persoanlly don't think it's wrong at all, it's better to live together and find out if you'll be together for the rest of your life."

GR8! : "And marriage?"

NEHA : "Marriage is something you have to be 100% sure about it.It affects everyone around us."

IQBAL : "For me, marriage is bliss.....I want to get married as soon as possible but not before I earn alot of money and be financially sound.Since I have always lived alone,I have this feeling of going back to someone- I've always missed that togetherness, so it's a great idea. Everybody should get married-at least once."

GR8! : "Have girls proposed to you?"

IQBAL : "Yeah! In college, there used to be a girl who used to get me chocolate cakes, flowers and there was this other guy who was totally in love with that girl , so I would tell her ,"that guy really likes you."It was a bit scary, it was a Shahrukh Khan Syndrome".It was difficult to tell her but that was the best healer- for her that is."

NEHA : "Ya, some men have asked me to get married and I wonder if they are out of their mind.I still have 5-6 years before I can think of marrying.I don't see it in the near future at all."

GR8! : " Any proposition that you found irresistible?"

NEHA : " Ya, once this guy said that that I could live rest of my life just in your eyes..." blah blah!"

IQBAL : "It's very typical of guys to say that "aapki aankhein meri Dadi Ma ki tarah lagti hain."


GR8! : "Your take on homosexuality/lesbianism."

NEHA : "I always wanted to know what it is all about!I am curious to know how a woman gets attracted to another woman ! At least, once I want to feel what they feel. Otherwise, it's not an issue with me."

IQBAL : "It's okay! Either you are a guy, or a girl or a gay.Over a period it has become open.It's fine, you can't blame anyone."

GR8! : " Have you been propositioned by a man?"

IQBAL : " Yeah, it used to happen a lot in Delhi, especially designers.They give you "that kind" of alook as if a drunk woman is looking at you.They give you the "come hither" look and ask ,"Are you a model? You are yummm, you are hmmmm."

NEHA : " Once it was raining cats and dogs and we were outside my college and one of the girls asked me if I could drop her.So, since I had the car,
I said fine.Once in the car, she slowly put her hand on mine and started caressing it .That's the time I got pretty scared and I told my other friend to
drive the car and I pretended as though I was sleepy. She tried it on my best friend also ...but I wonder how it happens!"

awwwwwwwwwwwwwww I have never properly read this article. It's soo sweeeet. They're sooo cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeee. For some reason Iqbal doesn't seem as shy in this article as he usually is. But Neha's as she is man... at her best. lol. Love em both. For some reason I feel this article is before Iqbal and Sneha met again especially since he said I want someone to go back to. That was sooo sweet.
and awwwwwwwwwww the song... and that action... it was sooooooo cute... i always try doing it with whoever passes by, but the AK do it... awww it's just sooo romantic.... the way Kripa falls in his harms and then he i unnno caresses maybe u could say her face... it's sooooooooooooooooooooooo cute.... no one could have done it better.

You know what they didn't ask them, what their favourite scenes have been.

I would seriously love this sameeeeeeeeeeeee interview to happen now, now that the show is over and see their responses to questions like which was your favourite scene or when were u most angry at Kripa/Angad.... stuff like that and it better be a video interview....
If this had been a video interview.... I would have dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddddd!!!!!!!
