angad has right on prateek

ok i keep hearing this its okay for kripa to say that angad has no right on prateek cause he said that she has no right on sur. there situations r different. kripa left sur knowing of her existance which made her lose her rights (this is not about her being right or wrong its just about her losing her rights when she left sur for years) and for those who do think that kripa has aright on sur, even if she does and angad was wrong, that still doesnt give kripa the right to take away prateek from angad. angad didnt know about prateek so kripa stole that right from him. she has no right to say that he has no right on prateek when she took away his chance to be a father to prateek.
