the prosecutor calls sheetal to give her statement.he asks her how she knows angad and what happened that night.she tells him that angad is kripa's husband who is a casanova and a big flirt,she thought that after marriage angad wud change,but he remained the same and continued having affairs and when she came to know abt it,she confronted him and tried to stop him frm cheating on his wife.she even warned him that if he did no stop all this,she wud tell kripa everything.but angadđđđshe starts crying.the prosecutor says he has no more questions to ask.he tells the court that he wud like to call the peon who is the eye witness to this case.the judge calls for the peon.the prosecutor says that the peon is not available to give evidence coz he has been either kidnapped or murdered by angad khanna who wants to destroy all proof which wud go against him.vikram objects and says that his client is being blamed without any proof.the judge says objection overruled.the prosecutor tells the court that the disappearance of the peon is good enough to prove that angad raped sheetal.he then starts questioning angad.he asks angad abt his relationship with sheetal.angad says that sheetal is his wife's friend.the lawyer tells him that he is not interested to know that....he wants to know his relation with sheetal....angad tells the court that sheetal was giving wrong information abt him to kripa and used to spy on him and try to create problems....he then says that no one likes to be spied upon!!!!!!!!!the lawyer says and u raped herđĄ. anagd is struck dumb.the lawyer then asks him abt the mark on his neck.angad says that the mark is frm trimming his beard.the lawyer asks him if he trims his beard with his nails.angad is irritated.the lawyer tells the court that the mark is frm sheetal's nails.the prosecutor calls kripa for questioning.angad luks at kripa with hope in his eyes.the lawyer asks her abt the mark on angad's neck.she tells him that she is unaware of it coz it's been there for quite sometime.the prosecutor says that this point shd be noted and thanks kripa.angad is expressionless.the prosecutor then says that the mark was not caused by shaving but by sheetal's nails.he then asks vikram for his witness.vikram says that the prosecutor is trying to prove rape based on a small mark.he shows the forensic report of the victim to the judge and tells the court that the skin and the blood frm the victims nails do not match with the sampletaken frm angad's skin and blood and that somebody else raped sheetal.he ends his arguments.the judge tells the court that since no solid proof has been obtained,the court will be adjourned till the next hearing.angad is relieved and so is his family,except kripa who luks đđđ.sheetal isđ¤˘đ¤˘
vikram gets a call frm the prosecutor who congratulates him for the day's success.he says that he will not give up and so the next time make himself free for dinner.he says that if the peon had given the evidence,the case wud have been decided.he challenges vikram by saying that be prepared to lose the case.
naina tells dilip and karthik that she is happy that the case went in their favour,dilip gives full credit to vikram and says that he is impressed with him and angad will get the benefit of doubt and will soon be free,vikram walks in and tells them that it is not so easy and things can change if the peon gives evidence.he says the only way to come out of this case and an out of court settlement doesnt seem to be possible as the prosecutor will not relent.he hopes that the peon will not give evidence,otherwise,he will not be able to save angad.karthik decides to meet sheetal.
sheetal asks karthik if he has come to ask her to take back the case.karthik asks her why she is doing all this and why is she so keen on ruining kripa's life.sheetal tells him that her life is ruined and that it is easy for him to say that coz it is not his relative who has been raped.karthik tells her that his brother cannot do such a disgusting act....he might have hit her but definitely not raped her and offers money to withdraw the case.sheetal slams back at him and says that it is so typical of u rich guys making a proposal like this and that she will not budge frm the case.karthik then asks for out of court settlement.sheetal refuses and asks him to leave.karthik retorts saying that he will see to it that his brother will not go to jail and that he is not bothered abt her next move.
angad tells kripa that he is very happy that things went on well for him in the court and that he also got a new contract.kripa gives a fake smile.vikram congratulates him .angad tells everyone that the whole credit goes to vikram.kripa wonders why does angad luk so relaxed (he is innocent damn itđĄ)and why cant she take part in his happiness.
kripa is making the bed.she finds an envelope and opens it.she is shocked to see the original forensic report.angad comes there and tells her that he hopes the case is over soon.kripa asks him abt mark on his neck,angad is abt to say sumthing but kripa stops him and asks him to read the forensic report.angad decides to tell kripa the truth.he tells her that he bribed the lab incharge and bought the report and produced fake report before the court.kripa demands an explanation.angad tells her that sheetal wanted to create problems in their life...she was the one who told the press that prithvi is the father of child and abt angad having an affair with mishty.he assures her that he didnt rape sheetal.he tells her that he was very angry abt it and the very same day sheetal came to office and he tried to make her understand but she didnt listen.he lost his temper and raised his hand at her. he tells her that he doesnt want to lose her and pleads her to believe him.kripa then thinks that maybe angad is saying the truth but why cant i believe him and if angad can make a fake forensic report,if he can hurt sheetal .....then(she pauses)maybe he has.......(big pauase)
