I have to get this out of my system...Tell me one thing...Is this KYPH section, or a debate mansion, created to debate about women's rights, human rights etc...Why the hell, I never heard men talking about men rights???I think we women consider ourselves as lesser humans, that's why we have to remind ourselves that we are equals...šŸ˜•

Ok, some think Kripa is wrong, but that doesn't warranty any right to anybody else that women are the cause for other women's downfall...Why do we have to make such strong statements over a bloody fictional character???Cant we just allow others to have their own opinions???Do we always have to jump in to judge the other person depending on some comments made over a fictional character???

Now some think Angad is wrong...Ok, nothing wrong with that either...Why do we have to go and try to change their opinions or argue with them how they are not right????

I also read some people saying that why are we not blaming the script writers and why are we blaming the poor characters....šŸ˜•...Now this is the funniest thing that I have ever heard...Who are those script writers???Is there a face to them???Yes, I would say...Not one but many...A Kripa, a Kahsish, an Angad, A Prithvi, Tulsi,Piyuuuush, Sujal...All these are the faces created by those script writers...And if you havent realized it yet, I want to enlighten you all on that fact...So by disaggreeing with what Angad did or Kripa did, we are actually trashing the script writers only right..

.Kripa and Angad are NOT REAL CHARACTERS...Such STUPIDS dont exist in real life...And if they do I have no sympathies for them and I would never waste my time on such characters...Because it is just a fiction, I'm able to so freely pass my judgement...If it is real life, I would think twice before I just freely run my mouth...Life is not that easy that you sit on a chair and start passing judgements on everyone and every thing....

If you did not agree with a particular post, why do you have to go leave your 2 cents there???Why cant you just steer clear of it, and post in someother topic???Is it important that you have to fight for rights here???If yes, then I would say this is definetly not the forum for that...In fact you should be going and joining some women rights/men rights/human rights forum where they not only talk about these things but do something about it...

I'm sorry if I came accross a little strong, but I had to telll you...I had to tell you, how terribly I'm upset with the way things are going on here...Why do you have to take these characters so personal that you dont even care the feelings of a fellow forum member anymorešŸ˜•...At the end of the day, I bet, even Iqbal and Neha would care a fig about what we had to say about A&K, if it really comes to that...For all you know, I'm sure Amit must be enjoying the way he was able to impact the audiences in a negative...Hey after all every story needs a villain...

So just chill and post only in those topics that you like..Dont try to talk others into your way of thinking...That aint going to happen...Everyone is strong in their own opinions...

Just enjoy...That's all I would want to say..

Cheers,
Raksha

šŸ‘ šŸ‘ Well said!! I don't think you came on strong at all. The fact is I think we have all gotten carried away about the way KYPH is going, but this is a discussion forum and we like sharing our opinions with other people. I understand your point of view though, I mean some of us are going to an extent as to hurt other members feelings. Thanks for reminding us about what this forum is really about!

You know, I thought that a forum was for all members to present their views. AS far as I know, stating our views down doesn't count as debating. All we are trying to do is have the other person at least see our point. How does this count as forcing our views on others?

Fiction comes out of real life! If a particular person reacts to a fictional character as such, there is 99.99% chance that the person will act the same in real life, too.

Yes, sometimes it does have to come down to basic rights. Opinions are as such what shapes up the world. This forum is no diffent. I have always viewed the forum as society on small scale.

All of us do emotionally invest ourselves in these soaps, the characters, and are just venting our feelings out. I don't think it is wrong to put forth an opinion.

IF we all thought of just 'staying clear of the issue', how will society function? how will humans function? how will everything progress? 'Ignoring' and 'not caring' are equivalent and will lead to the indefinite 'ruin'.

I don't mean to be harsh either, but what you have put down sounds like another 'restriction' on what or how we should present our views.

We all got carried away over a stupid show, and it was really stupid of us. I apologize to everyone for doing that.. .

And I also want to apologize Sheena (legallyblonde) because we kind of continued this argument through PM's.. lol.. I hope we can be friends again.. 😃

I can sense the frustration in your voice. I know as a moderator you must be quite disturbed by what is going on.But sorry to say... I do not agree with you. I don't want to repeat my point of view again because I am sure I have made myself clear. All that I want to say is... that the arguments put forth by myself and many members were beyond just fiction and fictional characters. It has a lot to do with "Human attitude" and Society. We all know fiction(excluding someforms of science fiction) springs from reality. If we do not agree with something... can't we just beg to differ? Certainly all of us cannot think alike... So is there anything wrong in expressing disagreement with something? If the dev team is concerned about so many posts about the same topic mushrooming in the forum... You ppl might as well instruct all of us to discuss it in the sticky and close all other posts related to the same. I am sure we all will follow suit.

I am sure difference in opinion will not hinder the relationship the members of IF share with each other. If it does... It will just speak loads of how superficial OUR relationship is... And I am sure it is not...
Hopefully none of the members will prove me wrong..

I agree with Reeps' opinion.... But that won't make me love the others any less..

I apologise to all those I might have offended in the past two days... But that's the way I think... And sometimes I cannot suppress the feminist inside me.... I might have gone overboard...
SORRY ONCE AGAIN...

We aren't putting anyone how to present their views but rather not to get in arguments of woman rights.

It's a stupid soap and characters like Angad and Kripa really don't exsist in real life.😃

Wow! I also like to stay clear of controversies, and will try to do so in near future. However, I am not sorry for what I am going to put forth. I mean no harm by my comment, but the quote above just describes the height of restrictions put forth on members to express their opinion.

Sigh! How can you even suggest for members who don't agree with you to stay clear of an important issue: Surely, if a moderator can express her views, we can too.

I believe the mods themselves are curving participation from other members when such comments are made. I believe that your (as in the forum's) motto says otherwise.

I had to express my opinion. I will say again, "no harm meant"....just voicing my concern.
