All that I want to say is... that the arguments put forth by myself and many members were beyond just fiction and fictional characters. It has a lot to do with "Human attitude" and Society. We all know fiction(excluding someforms of science fiction) springs from reality. If we do not agree with something... can't we just beg to differ? Certainly all of us cannot think alike... So is there anything wrong in expressing disagreement with something? If the dev team is concerned about so many posts about the same topic mushrooming in the forum... You ppl might as well instruct all of us to discuss it in the sticky and close all other posts related to the same. I am sure we all will follow suit.

I am sure difference in opinion will not hinder the relationship the members of IF share with each other. If it does... It will just speak loads of how superficial OUR relationship is... And I am sure it is not...
Hopefully none of the members will prove me wrong..

I agree with Reeps' opinion.... But that won't make me love the others any less..

seriously it isn worth it guys! its not a matter of expressing ur views its the way u guys do soo! i mean sometimes it gets personal and its sad. I mean u guys fight against people u know and criticise people u know for the sake of CHARACTERS who are FICTIONAL that u see ONLY on TV! it doesn make sense at all! i hev been on the receiving end and i know how exactly it feels!

U know what, many people have left the forum because of this! and if this goers on, u are gonna lose more'friends' and members who find it pointless to come because they cannot express their views without getting taunted at, yelled or criticised!

I hav considered leaving because of this and have told some of u that thjis is the reason i dun post much these days! i find it pointless!

If ur really interested in fighting or argueing, there is a debate mansion thought its also for civilised debvates!

Ok you have misunderstood me.....

What I was trying to put accross was....Why should someone's difference in opinion hurt the other? By voicing your difference in opinion, one does not mean to hurt the other... You will find forum members fighting it out in one post and enjoying a friendly banter on another to the extent of mods coming and closing down that post for chatting..... As far as I see.... No one really tried to chop anyone's head off... using hundreds of angry emoticons does not prove that you are actually angry with that person.

The first half of my post was with respect to your suggestion of "staying clear off posts you disagree with"....

I personally enjoy debates and so do many others because there is a lot to learn from them.... Members who do not like debates can always stay away....

Please give me a correct definition of "Debate"...... I always thought it fell within the domain of "Discussion". And won't we look like a bunch of idiots talking about Angad, Kripa etc.. in Debate Mansion? Where else other than the KYPH forum can we discuss such stuff...?

WHAT THE HECK !!! WE JUST POST OUR VIEWS AND WHATS WRONG IN THAT... WHAT IS THIS FORUM FOR? ONLY UPDATES... WHEN SUCH THINGS ARE SHOWN IN THE SERIAL... PEOPLE ARE BOUND TO DISSCUSS AND DEBATE, I DONT FIND ANYTHING WRONG IN THAT.

Raksha!! I dint read all the pages but I read ur opinion. I agree wid u for not supporting or yelling or analysing the script writers, and ekta. But we all have our own ideas, opinions, likes-dislikes abt any character, actor. I cd only say that the show producers and creative writers r putting some characters and their experience in their life infront of us. We shd think and analyse what we do if we really face those ppl in our real life? how we support them, help them, etc., so either agree or disagree with the creative heads of any show we shd analyse if/when that happens will we able to do the same or something other way?.. we shd remember those in our brain and act accordingly.

So dont get frustrated and let them show their views..most of them r teenagers so let them experience this atleast in fictional characters. I hope we never face angad, kripa, prithvi in our real lives..coz all of them r suffering in their lives one or in another way.
