Fake Sujal pops up in Kahiin To Hoga

In a long-drawn-out scene, Khan reveals his identity before ladylove Kashish. Disbelief and shock paves way for confidence when he produces medical reports that clarify his identity and the entire Garewal family falls for it, including mother Veena (Madhavi Gogate).

He's brought in the house as the long-lost son and starts living with them, gradually handling their business as well. But wife, Kashish remains unconvinced and continues to doubt him.

Swayam's ploy

Khan plays a rustic, small time thug, hired by Swayam to assume Sujal's identity.

Says creative head Shipra, "Swayam wants to get back the property from the Garewals, and in keeping with his word that Sujal is alive, he brings in a fake Sujal. But this is not a long lasting development in the plot. So far, we plan to have his cameo for seven episodes on the show."

Adds a member of the production house, "Iqbal is playing a complete tapori but laps up all the ingredients of Sujal when he enters the Garewal household. He will be seen spying and giving out all the secrets to Swayam."

When asked about his second innings in a Balaji show, Khan says, "I'm doing a small cameo in Kahiin To Hoga, but I'm not allowed to talk about it yet." A source informs that the track has been introduced at the suggestion of Ekta Kapoor —"Ekta wanted some new element in the show that will raise the curiosity of the viewers."

Fake Sujal gives up

But the climax will see Khan giving away his real identity and the conspiracy, masterminded by Swayam. Adds a member of the production house, "It's the surprise element in the plot. He's touched by the affectionate gestures of the family and decides to give up."
