Have Pity on me!

Hi everybody,

Can I ask for a tiny favor, please? I just wanna ask of you to quit having fun at IQ's expense.

I have known you guys to admire him for his grounded and cultured views. I don't understand how and why all your adulation and admiration can be washed away in the blink of an eye cause he doesn't get along with Neha. At least he is being honest about the entire issue.

I know that certain people are upset or even disappointed with the turn of events over the past few weeks. Gosh, you guys even decided to become 'silent-readers' based on reasons known to you guys. Initially, I was disappointed, too. But, How can you let IQ's single statement effect your adoration for him? Did he commit a grave blunder by letting you know how he feels? Does he not have the right to state his views? Does he not deserve to have a mind-set of his own? I hear comparisons..IQ vs. whatnot? I hear people loosing their cool, openly declaring how IQ has made it to their "I don't like him anymore" list and backing Neha.

Really people, I, like yourself, have got nothing against Neha. In fact, she hold her own charm against IQ. But, your changed attitude towards IQ is just getting over my nerves. I almost feel sick coming across so much negativity, although subtly put into posts, towards IQ. Why can't we overlook his shortcomings? WE HAVE ALREADY ACCEPTED THAT BOTH IQ AND NEHA ROCK KYPH & WITHOUT THE OTHER KYPH WOULD BE NOTHING. SO, WHY CAN'T WE RESPECT, ADMIRE, ADORE, AND ACCEPT IQ AND NEHA EQUALLY FOR WHAT THEY ARE?

People, don't get offended at my thoughts. I am not pointing a finger at anybody cause I will have to put myself at the recieving end, too. All I ask of you is to break away from 'sick-humor'. Cherish the old, look forward to the new and learn to adapt to the present.

If not on IQ, have mercy on me. I don't have the will-power to gulp all negativity down my throat. Don't ask me to leave the forum if I can't take it cause it would be quite difficut for me to leave behind some of the most intelligent, responsible and witty people.

I am sorry mods. for cluttering the forum with one more post; to all members, I don't mean to come off as somebody who shoves her opinions in your faces or is forcing you to accomodate to her tastes. I have no right to tell you guys what you can or can't do.

But, it is my sincere request for you to return to your original states...where I saw nothng but people projecting love at IQ & Neha cause they loved their characters and loved the persons behind the facade of angad and krips.

In our adulation of our favorites we sometimes seem to forget that they are in fact real people too. Real people with their own feelings, their own opinions, their own views.

IQ doesnt get along with Neha. Neha doesnt get along with IQ. Really people what is the big deal? Why are we bludgeoning this to death? Do their personal feelings affect KYPH in any way? IQ and Neha didnt get along when we all loved Angad and Kripa so why should it matter to us now?

The satire was funny up to a point, when it was done favorably and as a way to vent out our frustrations. But I think now its time to let bygones be bygones.

IQ is a human being. He chooses to be honest instead of faking any personal feelings. Shouldnt we be glad that he respects his fans enough to want to show us the real him? Instead of nitpicking about what we don't like about him, why not just focus on the positive? Actors sign up for a lot when they come into the entertainment industry but they do not deserve to be ostrascized in this manner over simply stating what they feel in all honesty.

If you want to admire Neha for her diplomacy then go ahead, but dont bash IQ for stating how things really are. The same things are happening even when Neha politely states the opposite, only IQ is bringing the reality to the forefront. Do I agree with bringing such matters to the public? No I dont but im not going to bash him for his honesty either.

Please guys just cool it and enjoy KYPH as we used to.

i dont have any things against him towards his personal issues, i love him and he is my star as i always say.

in my opinion these controversies began coz he left thousands of fans unanswered and leaving the chat within 15 minutes letting all of those down who were waiting for tht day since weeks.

not due to saying sneha is girl or neha just a co star.

but those fans who were annoyed were too upset other issues also came in between

Butter I can see how people would get angry for their questions being unanswered, but are we really being realistic in our expectation?

As you said there were an ENORMOUS amount of people there, how could he have answered every question? Im not sure how much time he was scheduled to chat for, but we should in this case be grateful he even bothered to take the time out to chat.

They are always saying in their interviews how they work 6-7 days a week for 12-14 hour shifts sometimes longer. He took his time out of THAT schedule to even bother to chat.

I guess for me, I dont find it that big a deal that he couldnt chat long. What had me disappointed was what was and was NOT said, but im slowly getting over that now.

Out of sheer decency he should have at least commented on Neha's health when asked. That's the only thing that you could say puzzled me. Anyway over the interview. No more comments on IQ paa ji. Love and adore Angad and Kripa forever. Their electifying chemistry is all that matters. And as long as they sizzle our screens I'm a happy duck. 😃

i never said he wasnt good giving us tht lil time also.. and im not the person who is dissapointed with him not answering.. he answered what i asked .. so its not a deal for me..

but for those fans who get only a chance like that i feel sad for them n i how much annoyed they will be.. i know he wud have his own reasons but tht shudnt come in between him n his fans.. for wat ever reason he cudnt answer let it be.. but his fans shud get the best from him...

my point is.. if he luv his fans so much how come he cudnt have come to the chat on a day he had time.. just to make them happy..

I completely see your point butter, but i guess im just trying to play devils advocate here. I dont think he chose when to come to the chat, it was probably scheduled for him. In any case whatever the reasons only IQ and his PR people know lol.

I agree we shouldnt take this further because I dont think it was the purpose of Reeps post to discuss why people were angry at IQ. I think weve had far too many of those kinds of posts already.😉

While I agree that IQ is a great human and is being honest about his feelings, but here there are real people who are emotional too. Very Natural from them if they were disaapointed. People were hurt at his insensitivity to answer questions on Nehas health and nothing else. They feel let down because he only came for 10 minutes as against the 45 minutes they usually have. Its natural to be disaapointed when you place your idol on a pedastal, have certain expectation and when you feel those expectation are not lived upto one does feel let down.

One gives the celebrities the place of gods in their eyes, they are the icons and role models and we on our part tend to forget that they are human too...

IQ by being honest has cleared most doubts and lets respect him for the guy that he is. I sincerely hope that there is no more discussion on this topic. The interview is long over and life is all about moving on. So lets get back to discussing KYPH and the magic Angad and Kripa and other characters bring to our lives.

I assume and hope that there wont be any further discussion on this topic.

hmmm...I guess it was all a snow-ball effect; I was just taken aback by the fact that 2 days ago whoever was going gaga over IQ was stoning his personal tastes and opinions to death over a stupid interview. We all seemed like the witch who fattens up kids just to eat them up in the end. 😆
