What happened?

I've been a lurker in this forum but after watching the last episode I needed to vent out all my frustrations.

What happened to that show about the modern girl and the traditional boy who fell in love? I feel this show changed drastically when the wedding track started. I really wanted it to be like in the promos, Rajveer teaching Simran all the traditional stuff before marrying. I wanted them to be a team and face his family together.

I used to be so eager to see the show everyday. It felt fresh, lighthearted and even funny but the essence got lost somewhere along the way. I feel like this is another show completely different and now with ''ghost'' Simmi yet another different show. I'll be watching next season but if they change her and bring another wife for Rajveer (even if it's Simran's soul inside her or whatever random thing they decide) I'll be quitting.

It could have been a brilliant show if the had stuck with the initial essence (Wednesday episode kind of reminded me of the initial ones and made me melancholic). What are your thoughts about it? How did you imagine it was going to be?

totally agree with you but unfortunately i don't thinks so they will bring real simran back it might be her humshakal or someone else and you are right rajveer didn't help her in any way like they showed in promos they ruined the character of rajveer because if rajveer loved her then he should have helped simran but he didn't and even after bua track there was an article about rajveer and simran will get close but rajveer was more eager to send away simran rather then get close to simran. and according to current story line Cvs might bring humshakal of simran who will help rajveer get back on his feet and ghost simran will bring out the truth to ditto simran and thn with the help of ghost simran they will expose bua.
