Logics in KTH

1.how come kashish's sisters still hate her even when they know the truth about her's and akshat engagement ?

2.so far it has been shown that swayam doesn't trust anybody except his mother then how come he trusts tushar blindly just because he saved his life 3 or 4 times ?

3.can't kashish take any professional business or legal action to solve her problem instead of marrying swayam ?

4.why can't so called dr.archita help tushar to find his true identity and help regain his memory rather than falling in love with him ?

thats it for now. although the list is endless if we count from the beginning. NO WONDER RAJIV LEFT!!!!!
