It's not a lip stick, it's a kind of cream for those who usually their lips are dry....

Umm dunno about India.. but here in Pak, actors don't put on gloss on their lips. Lips remain the same. But yeah, every actor does put on puff (or dunno what they call that!:S)..

.. Some kinda powder.. on their faces..

I agree with riya. It must b something they use for protecting thier lips from the lights or something like that................................It's not a lipstick
